Exceptional service - The receptionist Ana (hope I got that right) was extremely helpful. She stored our bags for us when we went to Mestia and booked the same room for us so when we returned it was brilliant. Loved the convenient location close to restaurants and central room was comfortable as well

Nothing serious to mention. Just be aware of internal stairs "to climb", no elevator. Lobby is on the second floor. Some rooms are one floor higher

Center location - plenty of cafes, exchanges, underground station, MacDonalds within 5 mins reach. Nice view on a Kura bank. Comfy room. Tea, water facilities in the room.

The safe was not bolted into the closet so we didn't feel safe putting our passports there.

The staff was very helpful and recommended us the best restaurants and the best places to celebrate the new year. When we came, the room was at perfect temperature. Everything was clean and organized. Water was always hot. The balcony had an amazing view. The atmosphere was very peaceful and there was no noise from other rooms. We really enjoyed the vintage design.

The isolation of the windows is not that good so you can hear cars and people talking but that's the case with any hotel around this budget

I love this place. It is a family run business and the host is super friendly and they care each of the guest! And without the lie...the best and richest breakfast I have ever had in hotels! Close to everything. Located in city center and at the same time a bit away (park side) so you can enjoy luxurious and quiet stay! Very comfy beds! Nearby or next to it you can enjoy good food and wines!

The Hotel's Room, the hospitality are so amazing. The staff are really helpful. The location has beautiful view and near by many facilities.

The bathroom is quite small and tight, but it's still manageable. The fridge didn't work, even after check from the staff still hot.

The terrace and the views are just stunning! The bed is comfy and has soft pillows, love that! The personnel is very friendly and assisted us even with parking.

Staff that is incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and personable, excellent facilities and restaurant, and the best location in Tbilisi. The rooms were spotless and extremely comfortable. Beds are extremely comfortable! Above all, the staff went out of their way to assist us and answer any questions we had. It was a very hot week, but the hotel had air conditioning throughout, so returning from a city hike was refreshing. I will definitely return to the Day Inn.
