Little bit cold coming from big windows. Couldn't adjust warmth for heaters, only on and off. Hot water pressure was little too low. Pillows are not comfortable, too big and puffy.

Apartment was clean, light and warm (hot). It had all kitchen equipment to make food. Breakfast was very good, big choice and tasty. Kids playroom was wonderful. Two rooms, one for babies, other for bigger kids with Playstation. Our baby enjoyed this hotel a lot. Even better than in pictures. Location was great, near Kokhta (biggest mountain in Bakuriani). No need for taxi to go there, 500m from hotel there is lift. Good value for the money.

Good location, the room was comfortable and clean, the stuff is really amazing - all the questions were answered within 10 minutes. The cleaning lady just gorgeous and very helpful, overall experience is quite positive

- the number was not prepared for check-in - no internet, no hot water, no enough linen (everything apart internet in the number was fixed then) - it's been also too hot in the room and we struggled with setting normal temperature during all the staying - the number was clean initially, but then we never saw room service (stayed for 4 days there) - the description says it's 200m to the moutain, if fact some 500m

it's often a challenge to rent a number when you travel with family. so 3 rooms (2 bedrooms) is really what we needed and glad Dialog offered such a number for a good price.

separate beds instead of big bed - i want to sleep together with my wife, not separately no soap in the room the door lock didnt work. it took almost an hour to fix, and personal was not friendly at all. and they were just waiting on reception with my key despite they were informed there is a problem and i have no key. only when i came to reception by myself 2 times the problem was resolved no tools to clean plates - when we asked the personal about it they said i should buy it by myself no drinking water, even few small bottles no tea at all - few teabags would be nice improvement hot water was missing, was fixed around midnight no bath tools - there is only one soap bottle in the shower which cannot be moved, however there is no shampoo and hair conditioner the hotel parking is very slippery - my wife fell badly

Terrible hotel service and inattention. I spent 2 hours begging for toilet paper, the TV didn't work, the shower was leaking, no parking, hardly found parking on the icy road.

1. Upon arrival in the room, we found the bathroom and living room dirty. 2. It took me 3 times to remind the restaurant staff to bring my order, which was overdue. 3. Despite placing the "clean my room" notice on the door, the room was not cleaned for the entire day. 4. The electric heater was not working, and we could not warm up the food. 5. Out of the 4 bulbs in the bathrooms, 2 were not working.

For two days we had a problem with hot water. The shower was leaking. No ski room. The balcony door was broken. It was very hot in the room and there was no way to lower the temperature. No cleaning. Everything you need to ask through WhatsApp twice and push the stuff at reception. The road to the hotel is a total mess. It is impossible to drive or walk on it.

If you plan to ski Kokhta slopes location is good. Supermarket is near.

The hotel is far from the city centre. Amenities were not provided as such. While booking I asked for the top floor room but they provided me with the ground floor room. I would recommend going to some other hotel in budget with good amenities and a good view.

The room which was provided was good. The staff was helpful. The room is exactly the same as shown in the photo.
