Tamar is an exceptional host who has taken into consideration the needs for guests coming to beautiful valley of Gudauri. Amenities provided are sufficient for guests especially the first aid kit and kitchen items. It feels like being at your own home. The view is amazing from the balcony. Check-in is seamless. Tamar is always available for assistance and responds promptly to all the queries. The property is accessible easily and there’s a spar supermarket nearby.

They had used wooden boards on the balcony, would have been nice if these were glass so you can sit on the chairs and have an un obstructed view , and the view is amazing

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gudauri Twins #144, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. Tamar, the host, truly went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. From the moment I booked the apartment, Tamar was incredibly helpful and responsive. She was always available to answer any questions and provide valuable insights about Gudauri. Tamar's warm and welcoming demeanor instantly made me feel at ease, creating a positive atmosphere for the entire stay. The apartment itself was nothing short of perfect. Everything about this place is PERFECT! The views, the host, the location, the facilities. I don’t think I have ever stayed in an apartment with views as good as this. Sunrise and sunset from the balcony are 10/10. I wish I could have stayed longer. If you are lucky enough to book a stay here you will not be disappointed.

We used a sofa for sleeping as the bed was too soft and not very stable. I was scared to sleep on it. Everything else was just perfect.

The view from the apartment was simply breathtaking, with a stunning panorama of the mountains that left me in awe every time I looked out the window. I came to Gudauri in the off season, which I highly do not recommend to you. The city looks like a ghost town, there are practically no people, constant fog and rain (due to the height), the lifts do not work, there is, in fact, nothing to do. In addition to the luxurious SPA and enjoying the mountains in complete silence :) The hotel is located in New Gudauri, so if you are without a car, you will have to walk 40 minutes along the serpentine to the SPA (and then the same amount up). It is extremely problematic to call a taxi in the off-season. Also, near the place of residence, I did not find a single working grocery store and restaurant (you need to go to all of them again along the serpentine). But all this does not concern the hostess herself and the place. I'm sure in season it's the perfect location close to the ski lifts and with the most amazing view of the mountain range!

Incredibly friendly hostess. Even without prior arrangement, she came for me by car and delivered to the hotel. And also on the last day she came for me and drove me to the bus stop. She made renovation in the rooms herself, and it is immediately clear that everything was done with love. There is everything you need and even more. Tea, coffee, sugar, sweet treats, all necessary dishes, a first aid kit with personal hygiene products, all bath accessories, a heater, a washing machine and even a vacuum cleaner. Very comfortable bed. Great view of the mountains from the balcony. The hostess also works at the hotel with a luxurious spa, so you will have a 50% discount on your visit.

there is a wonderful place where we had everything. I would like to note the cleanliness, pleasant smells, excellent bed linens, a beautiful view from the window. And of course Tamar herself is very friendly and always ready to help.
