We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The room was clean and good size, the bed was very comfortable. Quality toiletries were in place. Enough storage space for clothes and personal belongings. A kettle in the room to make some tea or coffee whenever you like. Location is great, as the hotel is just 5 minutes walk from Rustaveli Metro Station. The staff is very polite, hospitable and helpful.

The huge street slope was a bit unexpected.
Staff was very polite and helpful. My grandma was flying after me back home and they provided the taxi and support! Great service.

The location , after i booked i received a message that the location is uphill and is not fit for elderly or injured ppl. I wish this information was in the description. The amricano coffee during the morning os chargable 8 GEL. There was a dog in the neighborhood parking all night for the first 2 nights that we couldn’t sleep well
The staff all were super friendly and helpful, all of them, the breakfast was good The room cleanliness The internet wifi speed The toilet has a shower bidet which gave them extra points

- power outlets: at the work desk there is none, the one close to the couch is hard to access, only good accessible outlets at the sides of the bed and one far from the work desk (on the other side of the room) - no wine glasses in the room (probably available at the restaurant/bar on the ground floor, I didnt ask)
Easy check-in/-out, very friendly staff, very good breakfast (mix of local and continental), all feels "new", location (in regards to where located in the city - if you have issues with walking up-/downhills, this location is not for you), good room cleaning policiy (you say when), wine bottle opener in the room (we are in Georgia ;)

Maybe a quick note regarding breakfast coffee (an idea): just a simple drip machine to have a mid-position between instant coffee and custom espressos would work just great :) Coffee is a must :)

The hotel is on a foothill - something to consider if there’s physically challenged individuals. But not an issue for an able person😁
Friendly & helpful staff, great location with a nice view. Walking distance from restaurants/bars, metro station n shops. Just 5mins walk to the main streets. Definitely recommended. Room with balcony was a great choice esp. for smokers.

Good coffee should be included in the breakfast.
I was looking for a small hotel in a central location but away from the big traffic. The staff is super friendly and 24/7 around. The overall atmosphere is very nice and cozy. The breakfast is also great with different cold and warm dishes. It was a bit too cold to enjoy the breakfast on the terrace but it was also nice to sit inside as there are big windows.

The location of Barnovi Boutique Hotel is excellent. The staff and owner of the hotel are very friendly and welcoming, a special mention to Mary who was there when we checked in. Mary ensured that we had everything we needed for our stay, she was very helpful with advice and suggestions for our long weekend in Tblisi. My husband and I were treated to celebratory drinks on our 10th Wedding Anniversary which was a beautiful touch. The hotel is very comfortable and breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend Barnovi Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Tblisi.

Laundry is quite expensive so if you stay for a long time you should consider that. The rooms on the road side are quiet but there is traffic on the road regularly so you will hear some quite noise from the cars. Nothing too loud though, just a background noise.
Fantastic boutique hotel in a great location in Tbilisi! Super clean and always smells so nice! The staff are very accommodating and welcoming and the hotel itself is very comfortable and cosy.
