The pillows and blanket were not comfortable; the room that I stayed in was lacking natural sun-light, so it was pretty dark and I didn’t want to spend time there (working/reading); the furniture in the bathroom was a bit ruined.

The location was very good, staff was super friendly, the hotel was nice and small.

the location of the hotel is great also the value of the room, there’s a misleading in booking website or might be from hotel about the room set up. but the manager and general manager was delightful to fix the problem special thanks to Ali and Anne I hope I did not mistake her name but she was the General Manager. the lady in morning shift at the kitchen was lovely and every day she fix us with omelette cooked by the lady chief, I want to also mention the young ladies at the reception they are well English speaking that was a plus.

We have booked 2 rooms so We really appreciated that the stuff put them next to each other on the same floor! Very nice location with a fabulous rooftop view (sooner there will be a nice restaurant)! Breakfast always was so good, every day there was some new positions and some classical ones. Hotel also has Nice design, many natural materials used.

It was our first time in Tbilisi and we are happy that we found this place. Location of the hotel is perfect, there are a lot of good restaurants and bars around, as well as main Rustaveli street is 5 min walk from the hotel. Room was comfortable and clean. Special thanks to the hotel staff. These are wonderful people who helped us a lot and were very responsive. We definitely recommend this place! :)

Management and staff are generous with their time and hospitality. They really go out of their way to make you feel like family and ensure you have a good stay. The breakfast spread is huge and the coffee is good. Fantastic views from the roof and well located to get around Tbilisi.

I didn't like the breakfast. Each day the scrambled eggs and sausages were cold, even when we woke up early. The food was the same each day and too less healthy options were provided.

The hotel is new (2022) and very clean. Rooms and bathrooms are very small but well designed. Staff is very helpful, friendly, and speaking English. Location is perfect, in the city center. The owner asked for suggestions to improve the hotel and was very openminded for critique.

The best hotel to stay in Center of Tbilisi, Hotel is new, its new construction building like a Villa, that Villa staying in upfront on mountain, I took room with fantastic view on Tbilisi. Married nice couple who is the owners really lovely cares me with family vibes, even password for WIFI here familyFirst, its so cute. I came here for a week & I extended my time for a one month and half. Everything new here, the staff caring for the guest very much here they are really professional, always nice & helped in many matters, I really liked the area here because everything is close, the most fashionable restaurants like Keto and Kote, breakfast can be in Kikodze, also the Rooms hotel are nearby. I highly recommend staying at this hotel, you will definitely get positive emotions and the beloved atmosphere of benevolent Georgia with national Georgian breakfasts here. Also at the top of the hotel you will see an unforgettable view of the whole city of Tbilisi.

Breakfasts could be better.

The view from the balcony was perfect. Staff was super friendly and supportive. Quality of disposable items like shampoo, dental kit and etc. was excellent. I would recommend the hotel to a friend.

To be honest, there's nothing that I did not like except for the fact that this hotel is located on Vasil Barnovi street - which has an almost 45 degree slope outside. So it could be a physically engaging activity if you plan to walk up and down the street.

The hotel is relatively brand new and is very well built and maintained. The staff are exceptionally sweet and very accommodating of guest's requests. It is also in close proximity to the most commercial lane in all of Tbilisi. I had the pleasure to meet with the owners; a couple named Anna and Ali, who provided a lot of insights about the property, the area, history of the city and culture. They also plan to build a rooftop lounge for the guests to enjoy the city's view. Special thanks to Mariam, Merab, Salomi and all the staff members whose names I cannot recall - you guys really made our stay at Barnovi Boutique, a wonderful experience. P.s. They offer a nice breakfast spread that can power most people all the way to a late lunch.

Nothing negative about this hotel.

This hotel is amazing for its location, confort and friendly staff. It is located in a very charming part of Tbilissi, surrended by lots of nice and modern restaurants. The hotel has everything to please you : view, furnitures and charm. The staff is so nice and professional and they don't forget to smile. I really enjoyed my 2 nights stay and will come back here definitely. You should try their wine, they have really good ones. Breakfast is good with fresh products.

This is a new hotel located near the Rustaveli metro station and Rustaveli avenue. The staff are very warm and welcoming. My room had a nice view over the city. Plenty of restaurants and cafes can be found in the walking distance. The breakfast has reasonable options. Highly recommended for a short stay in the city.
