New building and Amazing location, 4 minutes walk from gondola. Ski room. Ski rent in the building. Lots of restaurants near buy, money exchange etc. great host- we arrived 3 am and ahe waited for us.

not much actually. its really a good spot if you want to go for relaxation and enjoy vacation. near to food / grocery and nearby restaurants. snow activities are really nearby, i mean just a walking distance

its near to gondola, cable car, ski rental shops, grocery / supermarket, ski areas, rooms is equip with heater and complete cooking utensils. its a prime location if you want to relax and enjoy ski activities

Room size was small Only cash payment acceptable. Card was not accepted. Frozen view hotel is actually 4 accomodation at 5th floor, no room service as such, no food service, Only one person coordinates for stay.Communication is via google translation.

Location is in New Gudauri , walking distance drom all sports events like ski/ snow mobile / cable xar. Next Building was the market/ money exchange. Room had facility for cooking, washung mc.

The host Elena is wonderful! The room was spacious and as shown in the pictures. It included all necessities needed for a ski trip. The room and furniture were super clean and almost everything in a new condition. Just under the resort there is a shop for ski rental and the lift is a five minute walk. Would definitely come back again!

We love this place; it has everything you need. The view is stunning, and it’s conveniently close to the supermarket and ski rental. Lena is incredibly helpful, even though she doesn’t speak English. I highly recommend staying here.

Our stay at Frozen View New Gudauri was fantastic! The stunning frozen mountain view was the highlight, and despite the -4°C temperature outside, the room was warm and cozy, thanks to excellent heating. The apartment had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer, which was handy after playing in the snow. While detergent was provided, those with sensitive skin might want to bring their own. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked with essentials, making meal prep easy. There’s a supermarket downstairs too! The room was spotless and well-maintained, though the lack of a bidet might be inconvenient for some. We used a collapsible bowl as a “tabo,” which worked fine. Overall, a comfortable, convenient stay with breathtaking views—highly recommended!

The room had everything you needed from utensils to sugar, salt, washing powder etc. Perfect for a stay while one enjoys skiing at the beautiful hills of Gudauri. Plus the hotel is located right at the bottom of the ski slopes.

The small wish is to upgrade the bed linen to a softer and newer one.

The ideal option is 40 meters from the ski lift! Clean apartment with mountain view. There are many details thought out especially for the guests. The apartment has a washing machine and washing powder, a shoe dryer for those who is skiing, the coffee machine and coffee capsules. Thoughtful lighting and lots of light bulbs, a warm heated apartment. On the ground floor of the building there is a separate room for storing snowboards and skis. Manager Vardges met me in the bus station, helped with luggage and accommodation, was always in touch and helped solve any issues. A very pleasant impression of relaxation and comfort. I recommend renting an apartment and enjoying skiing in the mountains, as you do not need to think about transport, how to get there, you just need to change your clothes in a warm room where you have an individual luggage room, walk 2 minutes to the lift cabin and enjoy skiing ⛷️ snowboarding 🏂 .

I love everything in this hotel. It has everything you needed inside the hotel, the room is very good. The location is perfect who wish to do skiing, the cable car is only a 5mins walk away from the hotel. It has a great view of the mountain. Excellent and Perfect! Plus, the supermarket is just down below our hotel and its open 24hrs.

The apartment is very big, has a lot of space, with all the facilities you could think of - desks, dishes, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, towel heater, washing machine and much more! The apartment has the most amazing view to the mountain and all the lifts. The host was very nice and helpful, helped us with every question, let us stay late on the departure day, and even suggested giving us a ride. This is the best value for money you can get in this area.

The Frozen View Hotel is a great place to stay when visiting the area. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is very relaxed. . Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at the Frozen View Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, comfortable place to stay.

The apartment has an amazing view, it's very close to the ski lift and many ski rental shops. The staff was very flexible in the check-in, check-out and even the payment. The building is right above the supermarket and a pharmacy. The taxi stop is right across the street. The room itself is amazing and cozy. I would definitely go back again.

Location is perfect; near the Gondola and there's a supermarket in the building. Many restaurants nearby and ski rental as well. Apartment is fully equipped from Kitchen, bed and bathroom appliances. Administrator is very accommodating, they make sure that you feel comfortable and transfer from and to Tbilisi was really easy with them. He even toured us to Monument for free. We stopped by to liquor and restaurants as we requested and he was so easy to deal with.
