GeorgiaThe hotel was worth the price, but there were some problems. For example, there was no cold water in one of the rooms. Also, one night, other guests were fighting in the hallway and the noise lasted for a very long time. The breakfast was normal, the heat in the room was very good. The cleanliness was also well maintained, and the location was distinguished by excellent views. In the end, I would say it was worth the price and I am satisfied.

GeorgiaI did not like the fact, that the road to the hotel, that is steep was covered with snow and ice, it was not cleaned up and I could not reach the hotel with my car, so I had to stay a bit far from hotel and carry the baggage with hand. It would be great if the owner would make the road to hotel accessible for all kind of cars.
The Location is acceptable, rooms are bigger than expected and very clean, staff was very much friendly and helpful. The breakfast was according to the price and tasty.

United Arab EmiratesI think there are some areas for improvement in this 4-star rated hotel. I wished the room had cups, glasses, and tissue boxes provided. Although there were tea bags in the pantry, it would have been better if they were in the room. Additionally, while there were limited options for breakfast and dinner, the available choices were delicious. If you are opting this place for stay, note that the location that shows in Google Maps is wrong. The hotel is in the main road. See the correct coordinates. 41.732716484375175, 43.52873088221655 I have added a suggestion to update the google maps.
The highlight of the hotel was that the room was super clean and had a very good heating system. The balcony was incredible with a stunning view. We were happy with the space and the overall quality of the room. Another great thing that we want to highlight is the welcoming attitude of the staff. They were friendly and very nice. Overall, a small cozy family friendly space for a holiday. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who want to spend some quality time in Bakuriani.

TurkeyDisappointing Experience – Poor Service and Comfort Issues Our stay at Genesis Bakuriani was very disappointing. Upon arrival, our room was not ready, and there were extra mattresses left from the previous guest. Only after we entered the room did they remove them, which showed a lack of proper organization. Additionally, our room door wouldn’t lock, and despite informing the hotel staff multiple times, no one seemed to care or take any action to fix it. This was a serious security concern. Throughout our stay, our room was never cleaned, no fresh towels were provided, and there was a clear lack of attention to guest needs. Moreover, the heating system was not working properly, making the room uncomfortably cold. Overall, the quality of service was far below expectations. There is a huge gap between the price and the service provided. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed stay.

GeorgiaThe cleaning service was nonexistent. The breakfast was poor, and they served the same dishes for three days. There were no chairs in the room, and despite asking multiple times, we only received them later. The lack of soundproofing meant we could hear everything, making it very noisy. This place should not be rated as a 4-star hotel. Additionally, it was advertised that ski equipment and ski passes could be rented on-site, but they are actually located outside of the hotel.
The room was nice however it had several damages. Location is good.

GeorgiaDisappointment from a 4-star hotel I was surprised to see so many positive reviews about this hotel, as my experience was far from pleasant. Safety at the entrance: The stairs at the entrance were very slippery, creating a real risk of slipping, especially when carrying luggage. The hotel could spread sand or salt to prevent such situations. Room amenities: For a hotel claiming to be 4 stars, the expectations were much higher. The room lacked water, bathrobes, slippers, and basic items like tea, coffee, or sugar. The only item provided was soap. Surprisingly, there wasn’t even a trash bin in the room. Breakfast: The breakfast starts at 10:00 AM and lasts only 1 hour. This schedule is very inconvenient for guests who want to start their day early or have other plans. Condition of furniture and equipment: The sliding wardrobe door was broken. The toilet was dirty, which is unacceptable. The wallpaper near the bedside table was peeling off. The faucet in the bathroom was loose, as if it had been poorly secured. The kettle was broken: it had a hole in the lid and didn’t turn off automatically. Overall impression: The hotel claims to be 4 stars, but in reality, it felt more like a 2-star experience. This was a very disappointing stay. I hope the management takes note of these issues and takes measures to bring the hotel up to the advertised standard.

Russiait was an amazing experience! the staff is the best friendly I’ve ever seen in Georgia, stylish decor is cozy and comfortable, gorgeous view of the mountains, the most delicious breakfast that I have tried in hotels in Georgia! I’ll recommend that place to my friends! a wonderful mood from the first minute of settlement, which does not leave you throughout your stay! I am impressed! I will return in the winter season, the hotel is located within walking distance to the ski lift. Comfortable mattresses, we slept well. Probably the best value for money in Bakuriani.

Saudi ArabiaThey should add a hotel signboard. Hard to find the hotel via Google Maps & even the locals were not aware. We took almost 30-40 minutes to locate the hotel. However it was worth the efforts since the hotel people were very good and the food was also very good. They were amazing hosts.
The dinner which they arranged for us was awesome. Good & clean rooms.
