This was the best hotel in our trip to Georgia! The staff was friendly and helpful and cared about the guests. Good breakfast and location in a peaceful area. Great shower with nice sliding doors to the bathroom.

This hotel is very good. The room is large and quiet, the beds are particularly comfortable. Breakfast has just been prepared. The owners are kind. Everything is very clean, new and neat. Recommend.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and quite 'glitzy' and clearly bulit to accommodate many more guest than it was doing when we were there. It was spacious! Google maps did not take us the right way... So you will need to use Maps Me or intuition to find it as it is in a large Soviet block estate. Or if you're coming from the south with the spa baths park on your left, turn right after the police station, go to the top of a small hill and turn left. Drive alongside a wall, and then left again into the car park at the front of the hotel. The whole experience of this hotel was a tad quirky .. In a good way Breakfast was good. 'Town' is, an interesting 20 minute walk away... Which you can tske partly through the spa baths' park.

Using Google maps or Waze take you to the other side of the building, the location In booking must be wrong.

Relative to the cost - its totally worth your money. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is good, there is free parking.

While I was chilling in the room, the door of my room opened once without a knock and the staff wanted to walk inside to check/fix, it's not untypical for Georgia. They believe if they don't mean harm - it is fine to do things ) We clarified that. The toilet ring broke twice, they had it fixed right upon request.

It's a good place to stay in this town, I booked for 3 nights and stayed for 5 in July. They will offer a shuttle service from the airport for a fair price - take it without hesitation. But make sure it is very clear how you find each other at the airport, because believe me, it might not happen, and it will be your fault )) The staff is friendly and very helpful. Ask them for help and information. The location is good, in walking distance (10mins) from the park. The market is on the other side of the park. The breakfast was wonderful: veggie salad and eggs - was what I asked for and what I got. The room was comfortable and well equipped. (After some travels in Georgia, I began to understand that a table and a chair in the room is extra comfort). So, there is a table, chairs, mirror, and wardrobe. The air conditioner is new and working. The balcony is tiny, but it does exist. There are a couple of super happy dogs, kittens, and chickens in the household. That was fun)
