Graf Kazbegi Hotel is truly a remarkable destination! The staff here are incredibly warm and welcoming, making your stay even more enjoyable.

Wish the cost of b fast was more reasonable. The 35 Lari per head seemed to be a deterrent. A simple bfast at a reasonable cost would be great. Also on one of the days our pizza's were eaten by someone. I know this had nothing to do with the hotel but it left us scrambling for dinner. The pillows were too plump. Wished they had an option to change on request.

The location was stunning. Beautiful view of the mountains. The staff were really helpful . The dining room and kitchen was really useful as the restaurants were in town . The free coffee, tea and filtered drinking water was a great value add. They also helped us launder some clothes. Adequate parking.

I’d love it more if we could have a heating pot at our own room instead of in the common dining room.

It’s a very nice place to stay, especially after the exhausting yet exciting trip to and from the Gergeti Trinity Church. The room has a lovely smell.

The balcony room is blocked the view by hotel in front. However, it is not a big issue. Overall view is still great anyway.

Very comfortable, well furnished and spacious room with very helpful staff who quickly resolved a booking mix up and ensured we had a room of our choice. The rooms have beautiful views looking out onto the mountain scenes!

Top notch! Very friendly staff, sparkling clean room and good quality furniture and comfy beds. It’s everything we need after a long day hike and couldn’t ask for anything more really.

Bed was a bit soft for us, but we still had a nice stay.

Clean and spacious room and bathroom, filtered water and tea available, and use of the kitchen (which was nice as most restaurants only open for dinner). Nina was very helpful and helped us with booking a car, thanks Nina!

Charming little hotel. Best stay we have had in Georgia. Nina host was so pleasant and helpful. Photos don’t justify the place which is far more cosy.

The hotel host Nina is super kind person. She lent me a jacket, she tells the way how to hiking and so on! Also the room is so clean and bed is so soft. I really feel relaxed and take a enough rest to hike. Everything was perfect.

We honestly have nothing we didn't like. It was all great start to finish.

Everything about this place was welcoming and warm - from the first minute we stepped in until we left. Primarily the staff are very friendly and unbelievably helpful - from nailing the restaurant recommendations, to helping organise excursions, to even helping us solve out some car issues. The location is excellent - with a perfect view of the Gergeti Church - and it's actually a hop skip and away from starting the beautiful trek up, the rooms are wooden and set at just the right temperature and very tastefully decorated and equipped - and even though we did not opt for the breakfast, it looked amazing. It felt entirely like a high end homestay, as if you were staying at your highly accommodating friends up in the mountain. Totally recommend it.

The view to die for! We got best view of snowy highest peak of the country from our bed. Its soooo instagramable from the 3fl. Triangle window. The bed is so heavenly comfy. Free refilled drinking water . Must stay!!

New beautiful hotel, we came for one night but it felt so cozy, family hotel, great stuff, nice breakfast, very clean, in perfect location we will go back for sure the next time!!!
