- The room is so big and nice, with a beautiful view from the windows. - Good food, I was surprised that the food could be served to the room. - Great customer services. I had both my shoe soles detached on the way to Kazbegi, and the glue I bought did not work. Vito helped buy some new glue, gave it to me for free, and he tried his best to fix them. He was so kind and so nice, this made my stay at Graf Kazbegi unforgetable.

I would say that the bed is the most comfortable one compared to other hotels that I have stayed before. The distance to the centre is not far and easy to walk. Staff are nice!

Staff were not very friendly. Sounds do travel in the hallway. First day, we could hear other guests loud talking in hallway. But if guests are courteous & speak softly, should not be a problem.

New looking property with nice view. Rooms & bathrooms are spacious. Convenient parking. Can stroll to town for meals. There is a small pantry with coffee & tea.

The hotel is new (less than 12 mths old) and rooms are superb. The staff were very friendly. I'd recommend Graf Kazbegi for a place to stay in Stepantsminda.

Location was a bit of walking distance away and uphill from the main street. A little inconvenient as it rained on my day there.

Overall vibes felt very cosy and homely. Staff was kind and friendly. Had a balcony to the room that overlooks the Gergeti Trinity Church. Breakfast set was a really big spread and I felt bad that I couldn’t finish it alone.

everything was as in the photos or better, interior was nicely crafted to details and it was very warm and comfortable inside of the hotel. such a beautiful gem in Kazbegi. there are several common areas which are all cozy and nice too!

We booked the family room, if the small bed should have been a little bigger, everything would be perfect. the current small bed is too narrow. 🤭

Absolutely nothing!

Oh my goodness, my favourite thing about this hotel was the bed! The bed, pillows and linen!! I felt like a queen and wanted to stay in bed all day long! The staff were super friendly and their service exceeded our expectations! They also have a lovely little restaurant where they make the most amazing sushi and thai noodles! I recommend the sweet chilli noodles! When we asked about wine, they gifted us with their very own house wine which was excellent btw! Oh! And the view from my room left me speechless!

We visited around end if Feb. Absolutely amazed by the interior decor and view from our window was magical. As it was a clear night, Mt Kazbeg was an absolute beauty. The room was quite well heated despite the negative temperatures outside. And the staff was great as usual with a smile and ready to help. They managed to arrange a delica for us immediately to get to Trinity Church.

The location of the hotel is great, and we had a beautiful view of Mt Kazbek from our window. It is a relatively new property and everything was super clean and tidy. The rooms are very spacious. They also have their own parking which is useful. We were celebrating my husband's birthday, and the hotel went above and beyond to make it feel special. Loved our stay and would definitely return!
