Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

They could add cappuccino for breakfast.
The staff was friendly and helpful. They even offered me an umbrella when I checked out. The breakfast was great, there's a variety of food from meat, cheese, salads, yogurt etc.

In our room 403, it was a bit uncomfortable with only one hook rack for the hand towel. We had to use a chair and the bathroom door to hang our wet bath towels.
Perfect location, at old Tbilisi, pretty quiet, which is surprising, because it is really central hotel, near all the restaurants and bars! The room was clean and has everything we nedded.

There were 2 things that I noticed, firstly, the room was quite small. I didn’t mind it as I was backpacking, but if I had a suitcase, it’d be hard to find the space to fit it in and open it comfortably. Another thing is soundproofing. There was a woman talking on the phone in the corridor, and I could hear every word she said
Honestly, this hotel was a blessing and exactly what I was looking for. Super clean and in a good location. The staff was really helpful and the breakfasts were quite good too

The room was rather small but we only used it to sleep so it wasn’t a problem. I would still go back there.
Perfect location - very near the centre but in a perfectly quiet street.Very modern hotel, our room was always clean. Breakfast was great - plenty of choice and everything fresh.

Internal communication between rooms is not possible on the intercom. Lights switches on only right side of the bed. The doors are very heavy and do not have stoppers to keep them partly open!
I liked the location, closeness to Freedom Square & restaurants, but away from the noise of vehicular traffic. Hotel had been recently renovated, the rooms, restaurant, lift, corridors are very clean. The beds are comfortable and all linen new. Recommend for staying in the hotel. We stayed for 5 days.

Everything was great. It is located in the old town close to everything you need by foot. Breakfast was a buffet. I think everyone can find what to eat even on a special diet. The room is comfortable with all facilities. Definitely stay again next time.

common Outside terrace is on the roof but not completed - no chairs no greenery. Would be a great lounge area if completed.

This hotel lives up to all the positive reviews. It was in the heart of Tbilisi, just minutes away by foot from the metro and airport bus stop. Located on a quiet street off the main drag, it was very easy to get a good night's sleep. The room was spacious, bed comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. A very nice buffet breakfast was included in the price each morning and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

We booked a twin-bed room. It was very stylish, nevertheless a bit small for 2 adults.
