Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesSome wifi issues. One night, it disconnected, and they said the issue resolved, but it still was not working. It's not a deal breaker, but when you have meetings, it definitely makes it more stressful.
Great hotel right in the middle of the old town, but without all the noise. The staff was amazing - so friendly and spoke English. The room was not large. but comfortable with a desk and mini fridge.. Bed was very comfortable.

United Arab EmiratesThe breakfast has room for improvement but with all the fantastic food in Georgia that is okay.
Super clean, super nice staff. Particularly the gentleman that helps you with the baggage at the entrance. He walked us to the restaurant. The hotel is the perfect price and offers everything you will need. Location is perfect. We will definitely be back.

During my recent stay at Graf Hotel, I was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of the establishment. Firstly, the cleanliness of the rooms surpassed my expectations. The attention to detail in maintaining a pristine environment truly made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Moreover, the staff at Graf Hotel exemplified professionalism and hospitality at its finest. From the moment I arrived until the moment of departure, I felt warmly welcomed and attended to with genuine care. Their dedication to ensuring the utmost satisfaction of guests truly sets Graf Hotel apart. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast spread offered by Graf Hotel. Not only was there a wide variety of options to choose from, but the quality of the food was exceptional. It provided the perfect start to each day of exploration and adventure in Old Tbilisi. Perhaps the most remarkable aspect of Graf Hotel is its unbeatable location. IsraelThe breakfast included less variety than I expected. I expected to have some smoked salmon there or some other fish. Coffee is for a separate payment and that's a pity.
The location, the room and the cleanliness were awesome. I really liked the fact they brought us two bottles of water every morning. The shared spaces in the hotel and the room were cozy and the staff was very friendly.

RomaniaCozy, quiet, modern boutique hotel in the old town. Very friendly, responsive and helpful staff at the reception. Initially, we were given a small room on the ground floor, near the stairs and elevator, as the hotel was fully booked. We asked for another room and they were very kind to offer a free room upgrade for the next few days. We've also received very good recommendations for restaurants and places nearby. Breakfast was ok, the basics.

New ZealandI found the room was very cold, the hotel had turned off all heating as May is summer, it was 10c outside. I asked for additional heating and it wasn't possible, I asked for a blanket or extra duvet, it wasn't possible as apparently it was fully booked ( it wasn't as there were still rooms on booking com).in the end I was given a mattress protector that didn't smell very pleasant. I the ended up wearing socks and jacket to bed worked a treat!
Staff helpful and polite, I had traveled for 20hrs , they let me check in early. Very much appreciated. Comfortable bed, great shower.. very clean and ideal location for old town. Breakfast was ample.

The hotel is well located in the old town close to Liberty Square. Really a good point to begin the visit of the wonderful Tbilisi. The structure is quite new. Room has all necessary and the bathroom is spacious with the shower comfortable and really well done. The staff is kind and welcoming. So I have found all perfect in my experience. If you want the breakfast could be improved a little bit, but is ok. Anyway, based on my experience I feel to recommend this place.
