The hotel is centrally located and within a couple of minutes walking to the Liberty Square, the Medan Square, and to many other places around that area. The breakfast is decent. The hotel as well as the rooms are very clean. The staff are very pleasant, cooperative and helpful.

We stayed at Graf Hotel Tbilisi for 4 nights. Firstly, the hotel is very new. The rooms are very spacious, and the cleanliness was excellent. There was never an issue with heating, and the water in the bathroom was quite hot. I found the breakfast to be quite sufficient. The location of the hotel is perfect. You can reach every place you need to visit within a short time. Despite being very close to the city center, it is located on a quiet street. We were very pleased with the reception staff at the hotel. They were all very friendly, helpful, and warm-hearted individuals. You can feel safe and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Everything was awesome! 😍 The room was super clean, and the staff were friendly. It was a lovely tiny cozy hotel, only couple of minutes far away from the Liberty Square. We will stay here agan insha'Allah the next time we visit Tbilisi.

Standard rooms are very small

Hotel is very close to Freedom square with many restaurants and bars around. Breakfast is very good with local food options (my only complain - no food warmers). On Nee Years Eve and day they offered sparkling wine and spread of local sweets which were delicious - very nite gesture

Really liked the location of the hotel – right next to Liberty Square and only a walking distance from all the main places in the city. The room was clean and bigger than expected which was great as we travelled with big suitcases. Also, loved how everything was managed in new years eve – they welcomed us after a long day of excursions with a glass of champagne and some snacks in the reception. Amazing experience!

Breakfast options need to be more. Very bland food. Would be good if more options are added and a live counter for omelette or similar stuff is kept. Vegetarian options are very few.
