A lovely hotel with the Mountain View, fully furnished. When you wake up in the morning, you can see the beautiful sunrise from the mountain. The room was very warm, which is important. The lovely owner is very detail oriented. Truly recommended!

The hotel is new and very clean. The rooms are big and comfortable. The location is good, near the city center, where you can take a nice walk. Breakfast was delicious and very fresh. After that, I recommend the café on the terrace with a breathtaking view. The service was nice and helpful. Thank you for such a pleasant stay.

We picked this wonderful hotel as our base for our Kazbek glacier hike, Gveleti waterfalls etc and can only recommend this place. The owners are wonderful hosts and treat you like friends. Make sure you book a Mountain View room overlooking Kazbek mountain. One of the most spectacular sights in Georgia.

Had a wonderful weekend in Grand View Hotel in a nice clean room with comfy bed and incredible breathtaking Caucasus Mountains view. They served quite delicious breakfasts, the staff was always helpful and the owner of the hotel is really amazing lady. Definitely will come here again.

A huge thanks to our host! The hotel is new, fresh, and set in a stunning location. The owner is incredibly welcoming, and you can feel the passion they have for what they do. It’s a family-run business, and their genuine hospitality makes your stay even more special. A special shoutout to the young man who helped with our car last minute and to the host for the wonderfully aromatic coffee. Nothing really. The hotel offered everything that we were after. We wanted to be high up away from the main road, so that we had a bit of peace and quiet and amazing views. There are a a couple of restaurants within a short walk.

This is a charming family-run hotel, high up in Stepantsminda, away from the main road, with exceptional views. It has only been open since December 2023, so everything feels modern and new. The bedrooms and communal areas feel spacious.

The hotel has a lot of potential, but it is very new and they still need to polish a few aspects: reception toilet missing some things, a sign to clearly show where the main enterance is, some bathroom storage space. All in all, minor things.

Very well positioned as you can see both Gergeti Chruch and the Kazbeg Peak on a clear day. The breakfast is big, with a bit of daily variety. The hosts were very kind and helpful. We liked the overall modern design, it was comfortable and it looks new and the interiors seem well built in terms of quality. We had everything we needed and the room was spacious.

It has a great location, a beautiful surrounding atmosphere, and great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of the hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, and roomy with excellent service where we had dinner. The food was good, great value for money, and the service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well-equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Great location. The host are amazing. Really focused on making everyone comfortable. The place doesn’t have its own ‘bar or resterunt’ (beyond breakfast) but it’s 5m walk to the Rooms hotel.
