Whenever I ask the owner for anything, she always impresses me by asking, "Is there anything else I can help you ?" Breakfast is on a par with dinner. Location is very good.

The common room was beautiful and comfortable. As nice as I’ve ever seen, however it was almost unusable because the radiator put out so little heat. A little funky shower stall, but hey…. lots of hot water.

What a breakfast spread! The variety, quantity n quality were amazing. Plenty of hot water. Barely adequate warmth in the room even though the radiator was hot. I didn’t have to resort to the heavy blankets that were supplied.

Probably one of the best-value accommodations in Georgia in a beautiful building with nice facilities, reserved curbside parking, easy communication, and an excellent location, only seconds away from Akhaltsikhe's "restaurant street", which is replete with al-fresco dining opportunities.

Internet was not to good a bit away from the router, but in the resting area it was ok. The shared bathroom needs an upgrade.

Fantastic breakfast! When we arrived the room smelled tobacco smoke, but they found a new room for us. The doughter of the host speaks english and she helped us a lot, this was our first night in Georgia and we had a lot of questions... We desided to stay one more night there, to take a day trip to Vardzia (Must see!)

One single toilet for the floor was somewhat challenging. The room is a bit under furnished.

Spacious room, lovely terrace, great breakfast, easy interaction with the hosts. Proximity to castle and excellent restaurants.

I would like to have cheapest slippers in room, to move around the house.

Ideal location. Outstanding breakfast. Nice balcony with table, chairs, swing for evening or morning chat. Rooms and bathroom (even shared) were very clean. There was oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine at our disposal! Very friendly host.

The location couldn't be more central, nonetheless it's quiet and comfy. The included breakfast for two people would have been enough for four and was tasty. Comfortable beds and clean rooms, well equipped kitchen - everything we needed at an unbeatable price.

Absolutely fantastic place. Rooms are large, spotlessly clean, and have lots of natural light. Beds are super comfortable, and the breakfast is AMAZING. Unbelievable that it's such a good price. (Owner accepts cash only).

It’s not lux but you get what you pay for. There was no bin in the room. Would have been nice to have non-instant coffee for breakfast considering I saw there was a Turkish coffee maker in the kitchen.

Great location right by the bus station and a short walk from shops and restaurants. Large room with a balcony which goes all round the outside with a nice view. Hosts very kind and friendly. Large breakfast (not outstanding quality but plenty of nice enough stuff to fill you up) and they were flexible with what time it was.

There weren't curtains to block the light from outside, just regular, white ones.

The room is huge and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The position is near all the points of interest. The parking is good.
