No kettle and refrigerator in the room. No shower gel or soap in the bathroom.

Free parking on the street, outside the building. Easy access to the room (the balcony door was opening on the street). There was air conditioning in the door. The hosts offered us a nice breakfast :)

It was hard to get correspondance from the owner, he barely texted back and i needed to ask separately for everything i needed because i didn't get the usual welcome message with all the info. The bathroom of our room was very small, i couldn't stand in front the sink since it was 5cm away from the shower. The neighbours started screaming since 7am with no feeling that this might be some other people exept them in the house.

Nice area, 10mins walk from Stalin museum, the lady there was very nice, but bad that she didn't speak any english. Room was small but good lightning and clean.

It was impossible to contact the owner by calling because the phone was turned off. Nobody at the hotel (besides the owner) speaks english, so they knew nothing about us arriving (although they sorted it out). There was not any water as we arrived. I understand that this could happen but I would have expected that somebody at the hotel would have provided us with the information when this issue was to be fixed rather than us trying to reach the host. No drinking water was offered.

The host was nice, the breakfast good.

The shower in my room didn't work very well. The water is either hot or cold and there is no way to adjust the temperature. My wife was cold in the shower, and I was boiled. The batteries are warm, but it was cool in the room at night. The biggest downside is that there is no microwave in the kitchen. The view from the window was to the junkyard in the backyard, it's good that there are curtains.

Good price, where to park the car, quiet, there is a stove. The staff is ready to help.

There was some mix-up around our check-in, and Nino wasn't there to get us in smoothly. It took a bit to figure out the heat and the wifi password had just changed, but I think this is largely due to the fact that we were traveling in the off-seasons (December!) and were the only ones staying in the guest house.

I love staying in small, family run guesthouses, and Nino's places is a great example of why. She is a kind and hardworking widow raising two young boys who helped to check us in when we arrived late and on the off-season. We enjoyed sharing coffee with her in the morning.

Very nice friendly people and the room with airconditioning was very nice. Also a beautiful rooftop. Very cool artistic designs outside.

We had booked a triple room but when we arrived were told this was unavailable without explanation. There was then no hot water at all, and we told a member of staff and she said she would go and sort it out and come back, but she never came back and I was left sitting in my towel waiting for her for 40 mins before I gave up and had a freezing shower. The tap in the shower was also leaking which was really noisy dripping all night. We could tell this is a nice guesthouse and that we were unlucky, but the communication from the staff (other than the owner) made it more frustrating as we wasted a lot of time and ended up having a freezing shower.

The owner was really friendly and spoke good English. The rooms were clean and the little garden was nice. It was great being able to use the washing machine. There's a nice little terrace you can see the sunset from. It was quite quiet at night.

- the temperature of water in the shower was not constant. During the shower it was jumping from ok to super hot repeatly - the mattresses are not really comfortable.

The owner was super kind, she waited for us even after we got stuck in a traffic jam late at night - she offered us a hot drink when we arrive - Room was modern - we could use a boiler to make coffees in the morning - we could park just out of the accommodation without issue

When I arrived at the hostel, there was nobody there. I found another guest who shared a phone number with me that belonged to the hostel owner. When I called her, she told me in broken English that my reservation was a "bug" and that there were no rooms available for me, and that I should find something else on my own (I booked my room a couple of months before and she knew my name but she could not let me know about any bug earlier apparently). Additionally, she assured me that she would cancel the reservation the next day so I wouldn't be charged, but it took her several more days. Every time I wrote to her, she ignored my messages. I do not recommend staying at that hostel because you might encounter similar issues, and the customer service is really poor.

Everything was perfect. The room is spacious, warm and very clean, beds are comfortable. Location is nice, not far from the city sights but in the calm district, nothing disturbs the rest. The host is very friendly.

Two very small points of improvement: A shower mixer in the shower could reduce the frustration to find the right temperature by turning the two very sensible cold/hot knobs A private fridge in the room would really be the icing on the cake

Pretty much everything. The place was quite central, recently refurbished with class, very clean, the breakfast was abundant and quite good, the people where welcoming, we had a shared kitchen with various amenities that we could use to prepare our own dinner. Really nothing to complain about
