The owner and host are very accommodating, I reached early and they let me checkin early by 2 hrs, did not charge anything extra, Infact the owner came to help with luggage too.

We had to run the taps for 15-20 minutes before we got hot water. The bathroom is far too small and one cannot open the door unless stepping back almost in the shower. No breakfast.

Close to the Centre and restaurants and souvenir and wine shops. The bed was comfortable in a pleasant enough room. A kettle was provided.

Nice rooms with everything you need. There is no reception but the owners responded very quickly on WhatsApp to have us check in. There isn’t really a parking as stated but we found a spot to park nearby without trouble.

first of all kutaisi is having great country couisine chance to eat something well. guest house is great and awesome. great location , clean , having so many choices to get everything. also guest house owner is too kind and helpful. if you are going to travel kutaisi and looking for somewhere in the city centre, you will choose this place. that is really win win situation.

The main entrance is totally dark; there's no light at all. It looks really scary until you enter the inside of the building, where you will have automatic lighting. The entrance building is in the middle of two buildings that show up on the website as small entrances. The room can hear everything completely, including what other rooms are doing!

First of all, I really appreciate a host. I am a solo traveler, and this is my first time visiting Georgia. I’m a little bit nervous, but she always takes care since I've booked the room, and on my arrival date, she waits for me to make sure I can find the location easily and take me to the room. She is so kind and really helpful with everything we need, and she can recommend the tour if you are interested. The room is very clean; they have a wardrobe and facilities such as sleepers, towels, kettle, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, shower gels, AC, tea and coffee, and you can take a shower with hot water.🙂 This building has elevator as well.

Very friendly and helpful hostess! Thank you so much for your attention and care. She responded to all our requests, helped with everything, and gave useful advices. Communication is very comfortable and responsive. There were numerous little things that make life more comfortable (tea, umbrella, fresh towels, toiletry, slippers, etc.). Location — very cool, it's center's center!
