All the staff are very nice, newer hotel was only 2 years, So everything in this hotel is in good condition, nice and clean, breakfast is also very good, for the price this hotel is a good value ！recommended ！

We had an amazing stay at Highgarden Tbilisi Hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the room was spotless and beautifully designed, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful and welcoming – we felt right at home. Everything was truly perfect – from the comfort of the bed to the small thoughtful details in the room. The only small downside was the breakfast, which could use a bit more variety, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi. Thank you, Highgarden, for making our trip so special!

Water did not go well in the sink and in the shower in the room I stayed. That was a little nuisance, because we stayed just a night. The windows in our rooms faced the road, sometimes it was a bit loud (if windows are open) because of the cars passing by. The shower worked strange: from time to time water just suddenly became cold.

The hotel looks stylish. The rooms were clean and comfy. They have air conditioner which was great during hot weather. I liked the breakfast, there was a variety of options, worked for vegetarians as well. We stayed only one night and for the short stay it worked well. Four of us were supposed to stay in a suite with two rooms, but this was unavailable. We got two separate rooms and two bottles of wine instead :)

The area around the hotel isn't tourist friendly, nothing much around the area. The hospitality isn't what was expected, compared to other hotels where the staff would greet the guests even with a simple hello and smile. The meals in the breakfast area should atleast have a label so guests will have an idea of the food they're eating.

Location was close to the airport, Room was really spacious, breakfast was good, and the daily housekeeping services was excellent.

location is pretty good, price is reasonable. it was clean. the staff are eager to help and with good English. Generous hostess offered us free coffee with breakfast we brought. She told me details of how to get to the Kasbek mountain and it is helpful more than I expected.

Very clean and comfortable, no bad smells or dust smell , water hub in the toilet was a nice surprise for me as a muslim .

Some downsides were the Wi-Fi, which was very poor, and the fact that the breakfast offerings were almost the same every day, which could have been varied.

The hotel staff was excellent, always ready to help with any questions. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect.
