Its too far from the old and new tbilisi, have 40 minutes to walk, or 10 minutes taxi drive, ,, its just too far from everything

Room was tiny. Hotel doesn't have a private parking. So you need to park along the street beside the hotel building.

Nice hotel with good breakfast and friendly personnel. There was safe and wine fridge in the room. I would stay in the hotel again. Good value for the price.

I liked the hotel at first sight, fresh and very stylish! Friendly staff, especially at breakfast) And the breakfast itself is above all praise, homemade and delicious! Very beautiful restaurant, nice to have breakfast! The room is very clean and cozy! Good bed linen, for me this is a big plus! I will come here at again when I'm in Tbilisi! Highly recommend!

As per my experience, the service industry, especially in the hospitality sector, is still not as mature as experienced in other countries. When inquired about the iron, I was asked 'to search the corridors of all floors and find it yourself'.

Its a new hotel, rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Washrooms are good. Breakfast was good, considering a basic one.

The food isn’t so much tasty at hotel, so it was good decision to select only breakfast. Only one of staff knows English, it was hard to communicate with all. The location is a little bit closer to Center but is hard to reach there by foot.

Despite some drawbacks, overall a good place. The hotel has its positives, but there are aspects: far from the center – inconvenience for those valuing proximity to attractions. Small bathroom - couples may experience inconvenience

Great stay! I'm very glad that I chose this new hotel for our trip with my husband. The hotel met all expectations. The room had everything needed for a comfortable stay: a big comfortable bed, a nice view from the window. The spacious lobby immediately created a pleasant impression about the place. The room was clean, and the attentive staff was always ready to help. The presence of a refrigerator in the room was especially pleasing.

Sometimes the stuff struggled to understand our requests because of language bearer as they could not always understand English, but it was not a big issue.

The staff were friendly and always tried to ensure we feel at home. We had the bed and breakfast option and the breakfast was good with many options.

Pillows are quite high and a bit soild. It was ok for me, but for someone this could be a problem. Also, room was a bit small, quite narrow aisles between bed and table, bed and closet. It's ok if you're alone, but can be tough if you're a couple. But I think if you're not spending a whole day in hotel room, this won't be a big problem

Staff was great, very hospitable. Breakfasts are amazing, very tasty and there's a lot of different dishes. The design of the whole hotel is really nice - having pleasure just walking by inside hotel :) Mattress is solid, I like such. Great shower. Very clean and quiet room.

I didn’t find the staff welcoming at all. Right from the very first interaction to the last, I didn’t feel welcomed at all. I am not sure what the reason might be, as half of them don’t know English. I tried a couple of times to smile and talk to them, but just got a rude response. This might not be everyone’s experience. But being a solo traveler, it was important for me to meet good and friendly people on my visit.

The property is new, well maintained, beautifully furnished and super clean. If decor and cleanliness matters for you, it’s a very good property. The location was quite and peaceful. A little away from the main areas but you can easily book a bolt, which is super convenient and cost efficient. I didn’t mind the location. There is a one supermarket nearby for your needs, which opens at 10am. I didn’t see any restaurants around. The breakfast the hotels serves is simple, nutritious and sufficient.

Everything!

The room was not on the sunrise side, which is extremely important for both of us. Clean room, bathroom, the entire hotel. The hair conditioner is really good. The breakfast with many different options, wide selection. The receptionist presented us a bottle of wine as a compliment on my birthday❤️ The location itself is close to the city, both walking ( 20 minutes) or by bus or metro ( 12minutes). We will certainly get back to you, dear Highgarden!!!

Only thing i didn’t like is that WIFI is not that good all the time, and you have to be in a specific place in the room to get a good connection.

The hotel is new and clean, staff are very kind and would help you whenever you’d need a thing, the room is elegant and the bathroom is modern and clean as well. Checking in and out were instant. Loved the hotel a lot a d will definitely comeback here again next year.

The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. The room was nice, spacious and clean. The bathroom had a side-shower and had hot water running 24/7. At that rate, it was a great stay for us!
