Staying at the IOTA Hotel Tbilisi was an exceptional experience that exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and outstanding service. Even though our check-in was scheduled for 3 pm, we were able to check in much earlier, which was incredibly helpful after our early morning flight. The room was incredibly cozy, making it a perfect retreat for relaxation. The modern industrial interior design added a unique and stylish touch to the ambiance. One of the highlights of our stay was the lovely restaurant in the lobby. The food was exquisite, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxed meal. Additionally, the bar on the rooftop provided stunning views and was the ideal spot to unwind with a drink in the evening. The staff at IOTA Hotel were hot and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. A special mention goes to Mariam for arranging a thoughtful small gift during our stay—it truly meant a lot to us and added a personal touch to our visit. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at IOTA Hotel and will be returning. It felt like a home away from home, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The room was incredibly cramped; it barely fit a bed and a single chair, despite being intended for two guests. Our room faced the street on the second floor, which was disappointing and not what we had anticipated. The bedding configuration was for two single beds, making it uncomfortable to sleep with my partner. The bathroom was another issue, with a sliding door that had a gap, allowing the person on the bed to see someone using the toilet – an unacceptable lack of privacy. I requested an upgrade, but the exorbitant cost wasn't justified by any added value. Additionally, we arrived at the hotel after an early flight at 8:30 am and asked for an early check-in. We were shocked to be told this would cost 50% of the nightly rate, which felt unreasonable given that we had to check out at 11 pm on our last night.

Location was good next to liberty square, room was clean and stuff was friendly.

The mattress was a bit too firm for me — felt like I was sleeping on plywood with a little padding on it.

The breakfast was AMAZING! I loved the overall hotel aesthetic, and the staff was very helpful and welcoming. The location was perfect. I loved, LOVED the bathroom in my room. Gorgeous and thoughtful touches with the design. All of the plants on the property made me feel like I was in the jungle — they brought the outside in, and it was refreshing to experience after such a long time traveling.

The room was big nice and cozy first time, but I was disappointed second time as I suspect it will be the same but they give me a room same category but not same in any way maybe name and sofa . uncomfortable size, view and design .I told them I want the same but they told this is the only one available but will try after 3 pm then they told wait maybe 6pm and at the end they told they can't help in anyway as it is high session even with different catecogry available .The room location,size and design in which the TV and wall in front of you while sleeping so .not suitable if you are Claustrophobic.

This is second time visiting this hotel in the same trip the first time was perfect so you suspect it will be the same .It Super location, very near to the liberty square, warm hearted and helpful staff,near restaurants

The service of the staff - had to wait for an hour to get my luggage outside and waited for the recipient to show up as I waited no one was there until the restaurant called them to show up.. was upsetting as I had to catch a flight and they delayed me

The hotel is in a great location with supermarkets and restaurants, bars and wine tasting nearby. The staff were generous, kind and attentive and assisted us with transport recommendations. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We lived on the second floor and the view from the window was really different from what we expected and they did some renovations or something outside and the workers coud see what’s happening inside the room. The stuff was pretty georgish (They were a bit apathetic and nobody smiled), there wasn’t AC in the room so we couldn’t regulate the temperature.

Multiple times I asked the front desk to send someone to fix the tv in my room - the batteries were dead in the remote and as soon as I put the room key card in it automatically turned onto horror films… this was not fixed each time I asked, but fortunately I was able to find the tv off by finding the wall plug under the desk. Not a big issue but I would have hoped staff would have been more responsive given I was there for 3 days

Fantastic location and beautiful building. Comes with useful items - sewing kits, vanity kit, shower stuff, water etc. and a fridge in the room is very handy

The A/C wasn’t working with 30 degrees outside. How is that possible. It was unbearable to sleep. Cleaning was weird: once the staff took our key card, sheets weren’t changed when they were dirty. Breakfast was the same during the whole week:( for this money I’m sorry the hotel isn’t worth it
