The hotel is located at a hill, so coming back on foot is not easy, but cheap taxi solves this issue. One evening elevators was broken. it got fixed next day.

The location is convenient to get to the city center. Room was clean and everything was new. Provided all things like shampoo, toothpaste and so on. Friendly staff. View from balcony of superior room is nice.

We loved our stay at the Iris Hotel. We stayed in the family room and it was spacious, well-equipped and clean. There was great attention to detail and everything was modern and integrated, with good quality coffee, tea and amenities. We’ll stay again in a heartbeat

First of all hotel is newly rebuild / rehabilitated. my room was exceptionally nice having excellent view. Hotel has amazingly nice swimming pool. very clean , comfortable. All the amenities are carefully chosen and offered in very pleasant way. Hotel staff is very professional , very kind and gives positive during entire stay. Food was very well served. very clean and delicious. amazingly nice hotel. next time i am in Tbilisi i know where to stay. No other choice than IRIS hotel in Tbilisi . Highly reccomend to all business and tourist visitors of Tbilisi .

Major issue – the wedding celebration took place in the roof restaurant. The music shook the building till 1 AM, and then the noise continued until about 4 AM when cleaning started. I also have a persistent smell in my bathroom during my stay. Opening windows didn't really help.

The reception was really helpful and helped us with fixing the wrong booking dates asap. The lady found two rooms with not a huge price overhead.

Breakfast was a deal breaker. One of the worst breakfasts we have had. We stayed 4 days and it was the same items (except 1-2 items changed) each day. Very limited spread and cold food, except for eggs and sausages. They did not even have a basic thing such as a toaster. If breakfast is important to you, this will let you down.

Great property, amazing rooms with great amenities and comfort. One of the best rooms we have every stayed in. They are extremely clean, spacious and beautiful. Staff is friendly and supportive.

The impression of the hotel was spoiled by a room switch. The room should have been twice as big as the one I was given. I had previously stayed in a luxury suite at this hotel and the administrator assured me that the room I was given was the same size. No discount, no bonus, no refund. Just a boorish attitude. The water in the pool is incredibly dirty. The water apparently hasn't been changed since opening. Never again.
