My reason for staying overnight was the ability to go to the Gergety Trinity Church before sunrise, so I had an extra 30 minutes walking to the town. But it does not have anything to do with the property itself, it is my personal reason, otherwise, it is a very nice place to stay overnight: very quiet and with an exceptional view during the night of the Gergeti Church.

I stayed one night at the property. I really enjoyed the place: it was very spacious, clean and had a wonderful view (a reason why I chose this hotel). The host was very helpful, I was even allowed to stay a little longer after check-out time.

The staff behavior was great and they were speaking in English which is very rare in Georgia. The view from the room is amazing - it has an unobstructed view of the mountains and the Trinity Church. There were cute mountain dogs that were giving us company and keeping us jolly. The radiator in the room was a life saver in the cold. The cottage looks amazing at night - very much Instagrammble

There are a few things , we battled to shower as we couldn't get the water above warmish.... this isn't ideal if you're doing a winter trip. The menu says breakfast served @ 09h00 however having got up , showered ( brrrr ) etc and arrived for brekkie we were told that brekkie is served at 10h30. I think that's because it's kinda out of season that so many of these placed tend to slow down .

The location with the views of the mountains are spectacular. The food ( we had dinner & breakfast ) was of the best we've had in Georgia.... quite exceptional.

We truly enjoyed staying there, it is the perfect spot to disconnect and connect with nature. Thanks to Tamara, Katerina and Sasha for the warm hospitality and kitchen team, meals were yummy. Huge thanks to Kakha for the memorable experience of showing us around and bringing us back to Tbilisi safely. Appreciate everyone's dedication to making us feel at home :) Looking forward to coming back one day.

It's hard to control the heating - first it was too hot, then too cold. Also because there's a kitchen, it would be great to have some more kitchenware/accessories.

This truly is a room with a view! Woke up with Kazbegi mountain in our sights this some horses nearby. Room is spacious and charming, you have privacy and everything you need for a nice stay.

We reserved the glacier view room. The location is perfect, doesn't have any buildings blocking the view. Which makes it perfect to sit down and enjoy the view. The service and facilities are great. Host is helpful too.

Superb place to stay... amazing location and beautiful view of Kazbegi mountain and Gergeti Trinity Church. Direct view, no obstructions. I will highly recommend this place, Manager Ms. Jijiko (Katerina) was so welcoming and provided best possible hospitality. Guys when you visit please make sure you put little extra efforts to wake up early and experience mind blowing sunrise on Kazbegi summit. location is so perfect that sunrise you can see from your bed without stepping out, just lay down on your bed and enjoy the view.

I didn’t like the bathroom, I found it really uncomfortable. The mirror is on the side, it’s basically useless. There is nowhere to put your toothbrush or the soap on the sink table since the sink occupies it completely. The shower is huge, which is good, but there is no tray whatsoever to put soap, shampoo and so on. I also didn’t like the fact that the garden is common with the other two houses with no separation whatsoever. Our neighbours were quite loud and occupied not only their table but the next house’s too, also their kids were playing in our side of the garden, it’s very annoying when you came in such a place to relax and stay in a quiet atmosphere. Also the windows are on the garden of course, and people walking around can see inside your house.

The place and the view are beautiful, the room was comfortable.

Air conditioners were not there. It's good for winters but in summer time it can be very challenging during 10 am -5 pm .

The cabin situated with the stunning view of the Caucasus. We enjoy our stay. Katherine the host is also very nice and helpful with the checkin, wifi. The cabin was equiped with essential equipment.
