Amazing gym - huge with boxing rings and bags and very well thought out equipment. Anyone into fitness will love it! Lovely room and restaurant - a little away from the old town, which has its positives and negatives. Overall can definitely recommend it.

The stay was okay, but there were several issues. Daily cleaning wasn’t done properly—robes arrived late, and cups weren’t cleaned. The room had poor air and sound insulation; we could hear neighbors using the bathroom, and there was a smoke smell despite us not smoking. We tried opening the window for fresh air, but there were no mosquito nets, and stray cats tried to jump in. The location was decent, but not quite worth the price

The hotel is stylish, with a beautiful design and a new building. We especially liked the pleasant scent of the Zelensky cosmetics provided in the room. Also staff on reception was polite enough and open to help.

Cleaning staff often forgot to wash wine glasses but remembered to leave a card asking for tips.

Excellent staff.. All of them... Special thanks to Lucas from the reception, extremely helpful hand and always smiling like the all others.. And also the security manager and the general manager of the hotel, they helped us immediately and properly when i needed their help... this was my second time at this hotel and it will remain my constant hotel for my stays in Sakartvelo... Excellent roof restaurant... super clean rooms, perfect airconditioning, very good location... thanks many times to everyone..hope to see you soon...

gym closed

a really quirky hotel, lots of nice touches in the room, had lots of little extra's lots of thought gone into the deco, nice feel about the place. ate in the restaurant and was incredible. only issue was the gym was closed for Maintence and we chose the hotel to use the gym. main attractions 15/20 walk away.

There are 2 buildings and if you are in the second building you will need to walk outside to go for breakfast. Not comfortable in a winter time. No elevator and staff did not help with the lagguages to carry them up big stairs

Super nice hotel with great service. Rooms are fresh and comfy, nice amenities in the bathroom and cosy bathrobes. Reception staff was very professional and accommodating. There is a big well equipped gym. Great location - close to the city center but a bit outside of touristy area. Amazing restaurant on the rooftop with great options for dinner and breakfast.

It was difficult to access the restaurant on the top floor being fully booked. It would be nice if some seating was reserved for guests.

Great room, loved everything from the bathroom to the cute bunny “do not disturb” signs. Location was close to the old town but still far away enough to be quiet.

Beautifully decorated with calming, comforting decor. The variety of lighting in the room was much appreciated. The bed was extremely comfortable. Having such excellent restaurants on site was a bonus. The staff were warm, friendly and very helpful - delightful. Requests received immediate responses. The building was quiet and peaceful. And the cookies available in reception were irresistible!

We stayed at the property twice, the first occasion in the main building really liked the room, second time in the annex. Although the room was nice, you did have to get your luggage up stairs, the toilet drain often had a smell and you had to go down outside stairs to eat in the restaurant.

Clean, comfortable bed, nice staff. Especial thank you to Luca who helped us when we first arrived without a booking.
