when we first arrived the room smelled very strongly of sewerage and poop. they sent someone to fix it but it meant us vacating the room for an hour. periodically throughout our stay this strong sewerage smell came back. very unpleasant. our room was directly below the restaurant on the 7th floor and we heard chairs and tables scraping from 7am until 2am. this is truly unacceptable to me. the staff at the front reception were pleasant but all other staff need training in customer service.

we booked room 603 which was the executive suite. room was very comfortable, had lots of space and was clean. we enjoyed the in-room nespresso machine.

It was a little chilly and loud in the room that has windows on the road. The hotel provided earplugs though, so not that big of an issue.

Really good location, great design and service. Very comfortable rooms and great amenities. Super comfortable beds! Very nice spread of snacks in the hotel lobby

One of the best hotels I have ever been to, considering all aspects of the stay.  Prime location , the staff are friendly and accommodating especially the receptionists. The room is nice and the toilet is clean and having all what is needed ++. The breakfast was Tasty. Definately coming back.

I loved everything! just a bit weird without a window (though not all the room come without it).

The only thing that could have been better was that there was sometimes an unpleasant odor that came through either the vents or drain in the bathroom of my room.

Large, clean, and comfortable room with friendly staff. I enjoyed the restaurant on the 7th floor, and though I didn't have opportunity to use it, I was very impressed by the fitness center.

Superior Double or Twin Room didn't have any windows, which was not mention anywhere on the website. There is a imitation of the window which looks like it at first, but it is only a design. It would be nice to find out before entering a room, we would've chosen a different option.

Breakfast took some time (every day), but food was great, everything is fresh and delicious! Meeting room that looks like a garden is also very beautiful and relaxing. Friendly and helpful personal at the reception. Small details in the room make it unique and interesting.

this hotel just open several months ago, it’s really really new

amazing server team. they are so accommodating and has made me feel like home, especially the male manager and receptionist guy. the design of rooms are impressive, we have stayed in two different rooms due to personal reasons, and we like both. you can tell they put so much efforts in the quality of essentials and the serving. welcome beverage and fruit, helpful with luggages is really caring. in short, it was a pleasant stay!!
