UkraineAt the first day when I arrived receptionist gave me another room it was suit room in a new building and she didn't aware me in advanced but we had chat before. I wasn't happy because the reason why I stayed at this hotel was the ethnic room otherwise I had another hotels in my wish list for wedding. Also I came at 7 am and payed full cost for one night just for stay earlier, it wasn't possible to have earlier check-in with a smaller price, I understand it but expected to pay at least for my room, I received absolutely another one. When I asked why I have another room and I want my booked option nobody could me explain it and just says different arguments: "this is what you booked" "your room is booked by somebody else" and tried to persuade that me Suite room is better. I stayed 3 hours in a suit room for which I payed like for my ethnic room and after that they gave me my room, but for this I must ping them... the second what I don;t like it's a waiter behavior, for breakfast he brought to me all desserts and latte from the beginning, but didn't bring salty meal which I order. For a salty meal I was waiting about 45 min more, but sweet pancakes which he brought with latte were already cold... In general I spent there about 1 hour just for waiting.. I asked to change latte because it was cold and I wanted to drink it after salty meal with dessert, he confirmed and even asked again, smiled, but didn't do that, very very strange guy)
I liked the tasty breakfast, bed, furnitures, coffee, design of room with balcony in ethnic style, conditions of that room was good, but condition of room in a new building wasn't so nice. Very nice bathroom. At the first day some waiter lady was very kind and attentive, she had very good english skills, the same lady who helped with vase and did cleaning.So some staff were really helpful except waiter and lady receptionist with red hair.

GermanyThe room I booked was a "superior" double room but first, it was in a separate building, for which you had to carry your luggage up around 30 steps and also the room didn't have any window to outside, just a tiny opening in the roof at one corner of the room.
The interior design of the rooms and share spaces is fantastic. The breakfast is excellent and with a great view of the town. The staff are generally helpful and polite.

UzbekistanThere is very small window almost on basement, hence you cant even open it, otherwise you will see people walking at your window. View on old building opposite. The shower watering can was very hard, it was painful to take shower with it. Zero interaction with customers. They allocated me in a separate building where was a huge staircase outside to go up to the room, and I had take take my 2 suitcase alone myself with zero help. In case if there is no elevator at least bell boy assistance could be managed.
The location was fine. The room by its dimensions is nice.

ArmeniaStaff negligence. During our stay, the housekeeping staff accidentally threw out a box containing the new sneakers we bought on our first day at the hotel! The housekeeping staff thought the box was empty. The hotel staff apologized, gave us a free dinner at the restaurant, and promised a refund for the sneakers to my bank card within 7 days. The price of the issue was 200 GEL. I received an invoice confirming this promise and we checked out of the hotel. 12 days later, the money still hadn't arrived. I wrote to the hotel on WhatsApp. My message was read but no reply. Then I wrote to them for 3 more days in a row, the messages were read, but there was no response at all. My WhatsApp call was rejected. After that, I wrote to the Ginza hotel's general email and within an hour, they answered on WhatsApp and offered to call me back. The hotel representative assured me that the problem was not on their side. I asked for documents confirming the transaction from the hotel bank and the date of the transaction. I received the money three days after this dialogue, but the hotel still did not provide me any documents about the transaction. Thus, I conclude that they either had no intention of refunding me and ignored my messages or did not want to admit that they forgot. Either way, ignoring in this situation I think is unacceptable. Especially since we spent 10 times more money in the hotel during our stay and were planning to stay in this hotel on future trips.

TurkeyEverything would be perfect except one terrible thing - the hot water availability. The hot water in a hotel is something obvious to be available 24/7 in any hotel that claims to be rated 3 stars or higher. Considering this fact I can only rate this place with grade 7, otherwise it would be 9. I hope that this was only temporary problem and not systematic one.
Very good design, very clean room. My room was equipped with everything you could possibly need (coffee machine, dental kits, Zelinsky shampoo, shower gel, soap and probably the best bath robe I’ve ever seen in any hotel). Also breakfast was perfect.

Not welcoming, could not resolve any issues, cleaners always forget something to change, reception is not helpful in issues, sometimes nobody replies when calling. In the restaurant staff do not visit table for long time and forget parts of an order

Ukrainethere’s quite a lot. first of all, once we’ve checked in we’ve noticed that the room was extremely cold. the room we stayed in had two balconies and both of these balconies’ doors leaked cold air.I asked staff to come, they came , “fixed” it but nothing changed.we were forced to ask for extra heater. the way we asked was next - every time we had to go downstairs from 5th floor because our room phone didn’t work!!! we told about it several times, one man came to check once and he said that the phone should be replaced so “someone tomorrow will come and bring new phone”. no one came and when we asked again (1 day before our check out), the girl on reception said that it’s impossible to replace the phone and they can change our room where the phone works. where’s the logic??? so they can’t bring working telephone from other room but instead we with all of our luggages should move to another room.nonsense! also the restaurant,it’s another disappointment on some lever.firstly, the orders come after 1 hour!!!the waiting time is very long.we went to breakfast once and all of our orders were misunderstood and mixed!allergies were not considered even though we mentioned them ! secondly, it’s disappointing when you live in the hotel and want to have a dinner without going out and the staff informs you that there’re no available tables.how is that possible?this is the only entertainment in the hotel, the only place to eat and it’s full!but full not with guest of the hotel but outsiders, people who don’t live there.this is just ridiculous.make an area for outsiders separate and for hotel guests separately.when I stay in the hotel I expect a comfortable stay, not a stay where I’m not considered important.
the hotel’s design is definitely amazing, it was very clean and everything was new. the room was big. I liked the idea of complimentary food and drinks in the lobby all the time. the restaurant food is also fine.

United Arab EmiratesI know Ginza projects , and honestly I would recommend to improve the service, a lot of mistakes with the food at the restaurant, staff are not able to understand properly what you asked for , English or Russian languages both aren’t good . We found it hard to deal with . Any request takes time more than it should , but maybe it a Georgian style , we faced it a lot of times .
