We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. They took care of storing our snowboarding gear, which was a huge convenience. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Breakfast was great, everything was fresh and tasty. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we’d definitely stay here again!

the position is very convenient, close to nice things just by walking... the place is clean and everyone is very welcoming. breakfast is plenty, varied and the lady who where there were very nice and can make a nice fresh omelette. I will book again for my last day in tbilisi

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff.lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, breakfast was good and great value for money,Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Even before the visit I could tell the location is great. A nice surprise was how quiet it is here and what great sleep one can get in those comfortable beds. The personnel are all super helpful and tend to your needs 24/7.

Room very small, it was written that the room is 16m2 but in reality about 10 m2. Breakfast was ok. But the coffee is bad. The Pillows on the bed of very bad quality.

You could say the steps up to the accommodation if you have heavy cases but they are very clear that they will help you if you ring the bell. The transfer service worked smoothly.

The property was set in a fascinating area of the old town. So much to do nearby with great eating places closeby. The best thing about the hotel was the staff who were so helpful. The thermal baths are next door and the hotel gives you discount for using it. We went there and it was a great experience. The breakfast was great with lots of choices. Mostly Georgian food but very tasty with plenty to pick from.

A bit dusty. Needs a really good clean especially the windows. it's not to say the rooms are dirty or bad, just in our opinion all needs a good old fashioned spring clean to bring it back upto it's best. It's best would rival far more expensive properties!

Really good location. Friendly and helpful staff, always happy to help if needed.. Fairly priced. The breakfast is really good and varied choices and seemed fresh which surprisingly is not the norm in our experience on our travels. Plenty of options. We opted to upgrade as the standard room we booked was just too small for us. The room we upgraded to, well... impressive for the price. Room 24. large terrace with a table and few chairs. Its not your typical terrace. Its fantastic especially in the evenings to sit outside, have a coffee and look at the light up immediate area, good sized room with space to breathe. it's not a big difference in price in our opinion and I'd ask if it's available. We would absolutely stay here again if we were to visit the city again.

The location was excellent it was close to the kosher restaurants and synagogue. The hotel was also close to the pick up points for tours and hire car companies. We observe Shabbat and the hotel was very helpful with our needs

It was close to Sulphur bath with waterfall flow view, Room was cosy, comfortable, clean and hygienic. Staffs were so helpful and polite, breakfast spread was also good and fresh.

Location was perfect to explore Old city and take a bath. From the moment I walked in I was assisted with luggage all the way. Entire Team was so friendly and caring with all of my inquiries meet - changing the rooms, laundry, storage, guidance around the city. Special gratitude to Sandro (I hope I got his name right), appreciate his genuine care and attentiveness!
