GeorgiaLasha, the owner and his family showed us exceptional hospitality. Prepared us huge breakfast, invited us to authentic Adjarian dinner and locally made wine, which exceeded all expectations. Check-in process is easy and Lasha probably has answers to all the questions about the area. The hotel has stunning views on mountains. Rooms are perfectly clean and well-equipped. Perfect stay when visiting mountainous Adjara. We are definitely coming back!

Rooms are very well equipped, clean, comfortable and with a beautiful view over the mountain. We had a fantastic dinner cooked by our hosts and the breakfast, including one of the best Kachapuri we have ever had.

We liked EVERYTHING! The room is cozy, fully-equipped, the shower room has warm floor which is very comfortable (no moisture), especially when it's winter. The room was crystal clear, bed with comfortable mattress. Lasha is welcoming and delicate owner. He answered all our questions, check-in process was easy. The dinner and breakfast was delicious with some local traditional kartuli food. I wish prosperity to this amazing guest house!

Everything was excellent: the room was fresh and clean, we liked the way it is decorated, the view is amazing here, the owner of the house is very pleasant and caring person (he was in Khulo on the weekend also), the breakfast was delicious, the kitchen and dining room are looking good also. I think we will stay here again one day.

We were really impressed with this small but well-equipped guesthouse. The property is newly built, immaculately clean, and with rooms looking out across the valley. All the essentials (bathroom, beds, wifi) are perfect, but the hospitality and kindness of the owner and his family was outstanding. An almost endless breakfast was included in the price, which was only beaten by the ginormous Georgian meal which was served (as a paid extra) in the evening. This was also good value and, to all intents and purposes, endless. The hotel also arranged us transport via the unpaved road to Akhaltsikhe (a journey not for the faint of heart...). We wished we could have stayed longer here - and would certainly return. Khulo is a lovely place too - and a ride on the cable car is a must.

SpainA wonderful family run hotel. We had dinner prepared by the family on both nights of our stay here. It was delicious local cuisine complimented with a bottle of fine local white wine. All areas of the hotel were clean and very comfortable with stunning views of the mountains. The beds were also very clean and comfortable. The son drove us to the local town and also to a local river for a swim and refused to charge us. I thoroughly recommend this hotel.
