On Saturday night it was a bit noisy due to partying tourists passing by in the neighbourhood. The soundproofing is not great and depends on what season you are travelling. I guess this might be the case for all the hotels in the region. The bathtub in the room was a great addition to the room and the main reason we chose this suite. The only negative about it was at times there was some smell coming from the drain in the tub and we asked the hotel staff to look into it which they tried but we did not feel much difference later on.

The location and view was really nice from the Narikala suite. the room itself is very spacious and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful whenever needed. The breakfast has a good range as well and is between 8-11am.

It was very nice to stay in this hotel. All the hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a long history, starting from the era of the King of Georgia and also excellent home-made breakfasts.

Nice hotel with very helpful staff. Our room had a large comfortable bed though the room was cramped. The only significant deficiency concerns the fact that the lobby entrace is at the top of the long stairway. The hotel elevator does extend to the ground floor restaurant which is however closed after breakfast. The manager helpfully instructed the staff to open the restaurant level entrance on request, however this necessitated calling the front desk and waiting.

The room was a bit small and located on the ground floor. One issue was the shower—its wall would gather moisture and drip cold water while showering, which was quite uncomfortable.

Great location, very central and easily accessible by taxi or on foot. Plenty of good restaurant choices nearby and a lovely view of the river. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast was decent—just what you need to start your day. Overall, a pleasant stay!
