The hospitality of the staff was exceptional, making it one of the best experiences we've had. They were all incredibly helpful and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The food was delicious, offering a great variety of authentic Georgian dishes, complemented by an excellent wine selection.

Best location. Restaurants, shops, tourist spots just around the area. The hotel is clean and very comfortable. All the staff, from the General Manager to the housekeeper, they are all very nice, very friendly and accommodating. They made our stay comfortable, it’s like our home away from home.

We celebrated our wedding in Georgia, and the hotel made it special for us by letting us use their terrace with a great view of old town Tbilisi, for our pre wedding dinner. Definitely recommended! Shoutout to Sofia, Julia and Konstantine for making it all special for us!

A cozy room where you can get a good night's sleep. It's very quiet despite the central location. Timely cleaning, very friendly and helpful staff. Everything was great, and I would love to return again!

The roof terrace is wonderful, but the pictures on Booking are unfortunately not correct. a big disappointment during our stay. The wine cellar in which there are pictures is not there either. some false marketing. overall, it feels like the hotel has potential but that they are not reaching all the way. hope that the terrace and the rest of the hotel get the shine it deserves. with fantastic staff, it will probably work! (remove out-of-date images until it's sorted).
Great location! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. ❤️ We got a room with balcony, we really liked the view from there. We liked the breakfast. The coffee was great!

The shower had no pressure at all and kept going from hot to cold. Breakfast - It looked like powdered scrambled eggs. However it took so long to replenish the dish I didn’t get to try it.
