The only small con to this accommodation is that it's located on a somewhat steep hill, but we also appreciated getting our steps each day.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Tbilisi. Kisi Hotel is ever so slightly tucked away from the center of bustling Old Town, however we preferred that as it was a bit quieter but still very easily walkable to all areas. We landed in Tbilisi at 5am and were worried we would have to kill time all morning waiting for the room, however after requesting early check-in we were pleasantly surprised (and super grateful) that our room was ready straight away. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious, with one of the best views of the city. Food at breakfast was delightful and the staff were incredibly lovely. The best part was the two gorgeous cats in reception that made going in and out every day a treat!

Веautiful , comfortable and relaxing hotel. Friendly, helpful personal and excellent location. Breakfast is my favorite part ). Special thanks to a great cook Tamara. It was very tasty and different every day. Atmosphere in that area is supposed to be relaxing with soft light an music on TV. But it was disturbed by “an elephant in a china shop”. It was the only negative part in this nice place.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kisi! The hotel has a perfect blend of modern comfort and cozy atmosphere, making it an ideal place to relax. The rooms were impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location was also fantastic—close to key attractions, yet quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options to start the day. Overall, my experience at Hotel Kisi exceeded expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely return!

A bit of a hike going up the hotel but that's okay.

The hotel was charming, cozy. Room was nice and clean. Balcony with a good view was nice as well. Breakfast was good. Felt like home away from home. Great staff. Location is perfect. Close to almost everything.

Lovely boutique hotel, great location in Old Tbilisi, nice room arrangements and beautiful view towards the city. Very nice staff and friendly, something which cannot be said to all restaurants/ hotels in Georgia.

Our window is directly facing a belfry (not sure what it really is), its light was on all through the night. It doesn’t bother me at all, but my friend was affected.

Love the cat🥰 The staff is friendly. The breakfast included some Georgian cuisine which I really like. Especially eggplant with walnuts. I also enjoyed the intimate setting of the diner. The room is nice and comfy.

Amazing hotel in the center of Tbilisi ( old town). Staff are friendly and helpful. We were upgraded for free and there was a guitarists symposium at hotel when we arrived, that was spectacular to watch and we were also given some food for free. Breakfast is really good and fresh. I’d highly recommend this place and I’d be back to this hotel.

The only thing that was a bit challenging was the first day we arrived that we had to solve the request to place another bed for the person who joined. The guy who was assisting us was not that proactive. Luckily it was resolved and we got another bed but we had to fix all the bedsheets etc ourselves. I have to say that the next day the hotel moved us to a more comfortable room, and the two ladies helped us with everything, which were very helpful, friendly and proactive to assist. I just wanted to highlight that the ladies really made a difference with their positive attitude and help.

I would like to highlight that the hotel is located in a very central location, heart of the old town. You can walk around the old town withing minutes. The rooms were very clean and cozy. The breakfast was amazing, different choices every day and a lot of it home made. Overall, we were very happy with everything. The hotel was kind enough to accommodate us in a larger room when we mentioned we had an additional person joining. The manager, Victoria, and the other lady were super polite and helpful. Overall me and my friends really enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend it.

Would have been good to be able to purchase food during day even if simple things. Is in a hilly area and can be a walk to find food. Minor criticism.

We liked everything, the breakfast was fantastic, the location absolutely fantastic , easy to go to any part of the city. Staff brilliant,helpful and ready to give their personal attention to anything. Will be back, already discussing our next visit. My wife and I found the hotel very comfortable, staff , always ready to help, thanks for a beautiful and peaceful vacation .
