A little out of the centre. Lacked much, in any, atmosphere.

Guy that runs it was really kind and helpful. Rooms were clean. Roof top was great. Kitchen was functional.

Could do with a new shower hose and head! But we managed fine and there was plenty of hot water.

Lovely hotel with nice rooms and fabulous staff! They were all incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s about a 10 minute walk into the centre of town in a really peaceful area. Exactly what we needed! Will definitely stay again when we return to Kutaisi.

I NEVER write reviews about hotels, this time I have to! LEMON hotel in Kutaisi in terms of price and quality is at the level of the Ritz in Paris. Clean as in a private clinic, quiet and everything necessary for relaxation while traveling. Above all, Lasha is a nice and cordial owner!

Everything was okay, just keep in mind, that beds aren't really big.

I stayed with my family, so I booked a few rooms for them. It's a comfortable option for short stay: has a comfy (but small) beds, an air conditioner, a small table and a closet, and a balcony. Near to the city center. It's tidy and has friendly stuff and stable Wi-Fi.

During booking I requested a room with one big bed yet I got a room with two single beds. It wasn't comfortable to sleep together even if we put two beds together.

It's a nice hotel near to the city center with stable Wi-Fi. The room was clean and the stuff was friendly. It had an air conditioner and a balcony. Additionally, it had a comfy lobby and a kitchen to eat.

I rate this hotel 5 🌟 When I arrived earlier than check in time, no one is in the reception and I just sent a message in whatsapp, number in the booking and he arrived right away. Lasha is very kind and helpful. I asked for the transfer in the airport for early morning the next day and he said yes right away. If you have big luggage just ask for assistance as there is no lift. My luggage is just small so no problem for me to carry it until 4th floor. When I arrived, the rain started to pour so it feels so cozy in the reception as there was a beautiful and aesthetic sofa and chair. Then I checked in, the room is so spacious and the bed foam is 💯 comfortable! It was so soft and I am so happy! The washroom is very clean and they provide all essential for your stay. Highly recommended hotel, I will definitely book here again when I am back in Georgia. Thank you Lemon Hotel and Lasha for everything!

Lasha the host is a very helpful person who runs this family owned business.he takes extra measure to make your stay comfortable. Clean rooms, beddings, towel, a-disposable slipper is available, accessible location from main market i.e. colchis fountain, for the price paid it was good. You can pay for breakfast and add in the charge of needed

The neighbor would hold party at weekend which makes some noise.

The location is good enough to reach the center of kutaisi and keep away from the noise. Its a cozy family running hotel. The households are very nice and helpful. It's rainy day When i stayed, and it was hard to find the umbrella. The old household tried his best to find an umbrella to me. Even though he can't speak English, we communicated with a translation mechine. It was so funny. In the end I stayed 4 nights in lemon hotel, I think its perfect.

The staff are friendly and one speaks English extremely well. The room is perfect - bright, a/c, great bathroom, comfortable beds with plenty of covers etc if needed, access to make tea/coffee all day, roof top sitting with views… We extended our stay for 2 more nights since we loved the hotel and the city so much. Quick walk down to the center of the city and usually, because of heat, a bolt taxi ride back up which was cheap enough. Overall a great hotel and city to relax in if you found the traffic and pace of Tblisi a bit fast.

The apartment manager was very kind, and he gave me free Croissants and drinks. The room was very clean and quiet. The staff did my laundry with a day turn-around. Very nice people, and I would highly recommend this motel!
