- Location is very good, just a short walk from the old Tblisi attractions which makes it very convenient to go around. - It's a small boutique hotel with 6 rooms, which makes things a little personal and comfortable. - Breakfast is ultimate. It's home cooked and delicious, we really loved it. Be aware that in Georgia things generally start a little late, so Breakfast also starts only at 9, but that's the standard and be prepared for that! - Room and bathroom are decent sized and clean. - TV in the room has YouTube, Netflix etc, which makes it really great to kill time if you feel bored. - Staff are warm and welcoming. Although they don't speak English, you can converse through Google translate. - Their drivers are really good. Even without English they make you feel special. - Finally, please be aware that this is a small boutique hotel, hence do not expect 4 star facilities. But you will be absolutely fine with it.

We reached there early morning and we have been waiting in front of the place for more than one hour till they opened the door

The street is difficult to walk on for people with toddlers and strollers. This is sadly true for much of Tbilisi, but especially so for this specific street. The water pressure wasn't very strong in the shower.

The owner was great, meeting us at the airport for a [paid] transport even though our flight was delayed to really late hours. On the day we left, he also opened up the breakfast to be a bit earlier since we wanted to leave early for the rest of our trip. The room was clean, and the location was a walking distance to great places in the city.

We had our brilliant stay in this small ,beautiful hotel. It has clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is amazing and it’s a credit to the hotel. We felt very welcomed. It’s like home from home. Breakfast was freshly made, but very limited. The location is just perfect with the beautiful view.
