I booked the standard twin room with shared bathroom which was located on the first level of the guesthouse (only bedroom on this floor). I really enjoyed my stay! Here’s why: • I found the guesthouse to be clean and the amenities provided were great! Kitchen was well equipped with dining table, refrigerator, stove tops and lots of cooking utensils. Washing machine was also available. • The shared bathroom was only used by me at the time, Super spacious with hot water. • Room was also spacious and clean • Host was friendly and responsive • Easy walking distance to the supermarket, restaurants, marshrutka stop. Essentially all the tourist attractions are within walking distance.

The guesthouse is very nice and spacious. The common terrace is great for a morning coffee with a view or a drink in the evening. Gio was an excellent host and super accommodating! Would definitely stay again

AC, clean rooms, great view. Gio was the best host, he offered us beer, fish, bread, and good company. He also gave us a ride to Tbilisi because he was heading there anyways. Highly recommend!

Gio and Annemarie are very sweet hosts. I very much enjoyed my stay, met a lot of sweet people and had exceptional experiences thanks to those two. The room and bathroom were clean, spacious and comfortable. It has AC with a heating option - so don't be dumb like me and freeze each night, only to realise the last night that there's heating!! There is a nice common area and a kitchen with basic utensils, fridge and a stove. The view from the balcony is great. Highly recommend and will definitely be booking again the next time I'm in Sighnaghi.

Nothing but I will say the stairs to the upstairs rooms are spiral if you have limited mobility. But all of Signaghi is very hilly and cobblestones, etc so limited mobility is everywhere if that is an issue.

Wonderful stay with a fantastic, responsive, helpful and friendly host. So fun to hang out with the other guests as well or just have a quiet night in. Great location. Fridge, stove and washing machine!!!

The apartment was beautiful And very comfortable it was in a very good location. The owner was very helpful. When we needed to order food from restaurant he arranged it for us for delivery to the apartment. The place was very clean and well maintained I would love to come again

Property was easy to find. Comfy room, warm and well lit. Used the AC during our November stay. Shared kitchen and common space is functional and cosy. Great shower - water temperature and pressure. WiFi was good. A few minutes away from the centre (by foot), and a wine tasting place near it. Gio was very friendly and responsive. Try his homemade wine!

The kitchen was cold in November. Also, sometimes dogs may bark loudly on the street nearby, so I would recommend bringing earplugs.

Very nice cosy accommodations near the city centre. Gio is a wonderful and hospitable host. We visited the place during the low season and Gio allowed us to stay (check-out) longer for free. The place has all of the necessary facilities, and the view from the balcony is very nice. Overall, this is a very nice place with an awesome host. I would certainly recommend staying here!

Gio is the best host! We really enjoyed our stay here and felt very comfortable. He even welcomed us with a selfmade wine which was very delicious. The balcony including the view is also very nice. We definitely recommend this place when going to Sighnaghi :)

Spent the last few days of my trip to Georgia in Signaghi to relax and take in the views and wines, and this was the perfect base for it. Nice, clean, spacious room close to the bus stop, and everything in Sighnaghi is walking distance. Gio was the perfect host, attentive, entertaining and always ready to answer your questions, help you organize transport and give tips on what to do. Would stay again!

Everything was great but just a warning to make sure you have google maps loaded on your phone so you can find it in the dark! I got lost walking back at night as there aren't many street lights. It is very very safe though - I just couldn't find it at night :)

Loved my one night stay here. Sighnaghi is a wonderful little town to stay overnight in and this place was excellent value for money and very centrally located. Quiet at night, with a lovely shared balcony which I seemed to have to myself as I went in low season (August). Very helpful staff who recommend an excellent restaurant called Amo!

If I needed to write sth, one small technical thing: the shower was leaking

Gio was the best host we have ever had which made our stay unforgettable. He provided us the best hints for hidden gems and helped us to discover properly the region. On the top of that the accommodation was very cozy, we had everything what we needed, including a balcony with a wonderful landscape.

The room was very nice and clean, as was the whole house. It had everything you need from kitchen tools to a washing machine, which Gio has offered to use as if it was our home. That leads to Gio who was an exceptional host from the start, directly taking time with us when we arrived to help us out even with question not directly connected to the house or Signaghi. He gave us nice tips for what to do in Signaghi and organized a wine tour for us and helped us with early morning tranaport from Signaghi to Mestia, even calling the bus driver in Tbilissi to make sure everything works for us. We recommend this highly and look forward to returning soon!

Excellent accommodation option, we stayed for a few nights, everything is nearby, the historical center, 10 minutes on foot, everything is nearby and within walking distance, we walked a lot here, a quiet and cozy place, very thoughtfully equipped, everything was just fine.

Nice house just outside Sighnagi, beautiful view over the city and the walls from the balcony. Big rooms, good bathroom, good kitchen and livingroom to use. All modern and clean.
