We stayed in Mana-Mana apartments for three nights only. It was meant to be a short break in our sightseeing trip. The place and its neighbourhood met our expectations. The apartment is located in the house just a few meters from the beach, so it is very convenient to go sunbathing and swimming whenever you want to do so, even for a short time, then come back and return later. The apartment we had was a bit small, but it was compensated by quite big terrace we had. The air condition was working very well. Mana-Mana offers their guests different meal options. For booking.com guests they serve free breakfast (other guests need to pay I guess) and you can order lunch choosing menu and the time you want it to be served. Very nice. With meals available you actually do not need to go outside and find restaurant on your own. It wouldn't be easy I guess as Mana-Mana is located in very small village, so not many other options nearby. The personnel is very helpful, whenever there is language barrier, it's easy with google translator or there's somebody speaking English nearby. The beach by Mana-Mana is quite nice. You don't have deep sea very close to the beach, so it's perfect for those that cannot swim. Mana-Mana offers free beach towels, that's also very nice.

Mana-Mana is set among elegant Georgian seaside villas, in a shady glade of pine trees by the sea in the quiet resort of Grigoleti. It has its own restaurant and bar terraces, and a green lawn with sun-loungers facing directly onto the beach. A pleasant, relaxed and relaxing place with friendly staff.

Suggestions for improvement: payment is accepted in cash only, which was new to us. Breakfasts were a bit heavy for us, I can suggest a bit more vegetables or fruits to be available.

İ am a bit unsure about the review to give to Mana-Mana. To be honest, the facilities and the rooms look better on the photos, and the atmosphere of the hotel is quite different to what we were expecting. However, if you let go of expecting a 4-star hotel, the kindness of the hosts, the spacious, although not ultra modern rooms, the breathtaking sea view from the balcony and the delicious dinner prepared on site will give you a beautiful vacation. The hotel is a few steps from the sandy beach and they also have a bar where you can watch the sunset, sipping the house's wine. They also have a parking lot and a basketball hoop :) All in all, it is a very nice spot for a family vacation with kids.

I think we had the worst room of the hotel, but it was just for two nights, so we made it. The toilet does not flush, we had to fix it after every use. The beds was not comfortable. The beach was not clean (we found an injection in sand), but that is not owners fault.

The owners was really nice and helpfull. Food in their restaurant was awesome, very delicious. Beach and sea is very close to the hotel.

During our stay, they were installing air conditioners in the hotel. This caused some inconvenience, but it didn’t depend on the owners. They tried to solve everything as quickly as possible.

It was such a great place near the beach. We enjoyed our stay, thaks to the owners. p.s. the breakfasts here are really great. p.s.2. thanks for the homemade wine. we loved it!

It was just perfect

The place is a paradise! The room and the bathroom were flawless, beautifully decorated and perfectly equipped. The view from the terrace and the sound of the waves were an incredible feature of our stay. All the food was freshly prepared upon request and tasted amazing. Last but not least, the owner is exceptional in how attentive, kind and helpful she and the team is. Would return many times more.

Clean rooms, large bed, bathroom with rain shower. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Good meals on location .The beach is literally in front of the property. The top floor room has a big terrace, beautiful sunset.

Nothing, everything was fine! Just remember that your choices for meals outside the property are limited, but for me this was no issue as I came there to relax and the food provided was delicious!

A superbly clean, well managed, friendly guest house right on the beach. Delicious home cooked meals and a lovely atmosphere. Sea breeze and the sound of waves all night. Breakfast was lovely and the family running the place are wonderful. Thoroughly recommend gor a relaxing time.
