Wifi was very weak in the room and bed mattress was very soft, but not so big issue for us, just personal feeling.

Great location and rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were very supportive. It's in a great location with amazing views (our room had a balcony!) with walking distance to the Main Street. It's in a quiet area and also a great place to start a lot of hikes etc.

There was no one in the reception when we arrived (afternoon) until the evening, the cleaning woman did not speak English so we had to connect with Google translate and they gave us a room

This hotel have a nice cozy balcony offer a great view of Mestia town and mountain Ushba. Breakfast is simple but very tasty. I believe the hotel is running by a family and the vibe is very comfy, host and staff are very helpful and welcoming. We stayed here total 3 nights before and after our hiking to Ushguli, they took care of our luggage and laundry properly, really appreciated. Location also very good, 5mins walk from the central.

We really enjoyed staying at this place. Is just a few meters from Mestia commercial centre, very confortable and cosy mountain hotel made of wood. Easy to park and quiet place. The breakfast is great! Lots of different goods and local specialities. They offer omolets on demand and are available for special requests. Giorgi, the hotel manager, is a great guy. Took care of our tour to Ushgulli, gave us all recomendations and provide us a lunch box for breakfast on the last day (considering that we checked-out at 06.00).

A little struggle to use shower because of the crane malfunction, but worked.

Mestia itself. Very beautiful city. Hotel manager were very polite. Room were with view to mountain. Comfortable beds. Hotel place is also in good place, further from main street. From balcony you can hear georgians singing in the park :D

The 2nd chair in our room was a bean bag.

The hotel is in a quiet location only a short walk to the main street shops and restaurants. The room was a good size and was pleasant. Our room had a side view of the town but others would be better. Giorgi our host was friendly and helpful for a special request.The power went out after storms and he and the staff did all they could to make breakfast still nice.

Great rooms, really nice mattresses on the beds - that’s important for a skiing vacation! It was warm, dry, and the hotel staff were extremely helpful with everything!
