Great location, nice and relaxing lounge and terrace area with kitchen facilities. Off street parking. Nice host. I enjoyed my time here and would come back again. Would recommend to peeps using Mestia as a base.

Everything is excellent

This is my second time staying here and I truly love Mestia Panorama. The location, rooms, kitchen and the other areas are amazing. It’s one of the places with the best views in Mestia. I definitely recommend it. The owners are very friendly and welcoming people. It's a unique place where I feel as comfortable as if I were at home. If I come again, I will definitely stay here.

Amazing!! Everything was perfect, it was a the low season, but they still answered all my questions and helped me out! Beautiful bedroom, and the view is amazing! The location is great, especially if you are doing the hike!

The bed was very comfortable, amazing view from windows at the morning, the breakfast was very good. It was warm inside and it is placed a quite close to city center. In summer breakfast on its terrace should be nice.

Great location with best views over the towers of Mestia from the room as well as the shared balcony. Short walk across the river. Very friendly and helpful English speaking hostess. Very good breakfast with delicious khachapuri and hot water, coffee/tea always available in the dining room.

I had a very nice time here. The hotel has a beautiful view from everywhere, a cool terrace and common area, and attentive hosts. They were flexible and accommodating. My room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast is excellent, totally worth it.

Breakfast was varied and delicious. The host was very helpful and friendly. This house is near the trekking route to Ushgoli and it is on the other side of the river from the main street of the city.

I really enjoyed staying at this place. Among many, I liked the scenery from the room and balcony - we can see panorama view of the old town with beatiful light ups. And the hosts are very kind and supportive, taking care of me with warm messages as I was alone. The location is also good - it's easy access from the center but very quite, and you can hear the sound of river, feeling so peaceful. If there any other chance again, I want to stay here again :)

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this guesthouse. The hosts were incredibly friendly and hospitable and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The room was very clean and comfortable and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect, very close to the city center and with a wonderful panoramic view of the town itself from the large balcony and the shared living room. We can't recommend this place highly enough and would definitely be returning for an extended stay.

Perfect place to stay in Mestia, particularly if you are doing the hike to Ushguli. The trail starts from behind the guesthouse and you can leave luggage in their storage room. Hosts are incredibly kind and helpful - even gave me a lift to the bus station without me asking. Highly recommended.
