Perfect location, very friendly staff, nice atmosphere. We had one room facing the inner courtyard (breakfast/restaurant area), which first didn´t seem to be the best choice, but ended being o.k., because it was still quite room, just way to warm. One of our rooms faced a small "ugly" courtyard, but was o.k. as well, because we were out the whole day anyway and just had the curtains closed the rest of the time.

We reserved 2 opened rooms, i have family with 3 kids, they enforce me to pay for 3rd son with 45 GEL , whre usually in other hotels they dont charge for him, Othrer things was excellent and they are very cooperative Also i advice the hotel to make separate table for halal food to encourage arabic and muslim visitors to book on this hotel., as we pay alot on the breakfast but very very limitted dish are halal

One of the coziest stays I’ve ever had! This hotel was a true gem — peaceful, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The staff were kind and welcoming, the rooms were spotless and spacious, and the breakfast was just perfect. I loved waking up to the quiet charm of Tbilisi — a city full of history, warmth, and soul. Every corner feels like a story waiting to be told. More parking spots are necessary.We got a notification that we had to book parking 24hrs before arrival though it would be better to send a notification 48hrs or more before arrival

The staff helped us with all our requests during the stay.When we had some problems,we spoke directly to the manager and she assisted personally.Much appreciated.We enjoyed the location and breakfasts. The location is close to all places we wanted to visit,restaurants and exchange office was very close

The shower design could be improved, as water easily spilled out due to the lack of a door and the black out curtains were not closing completely, letting sunlight in each morning

I had a fantastic stay! The hotel is very modern with stylish, up-to-date decor throughout. The service was absolutely impeccable—every staff member was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. My room was extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The only bothersome thing was the noise from the street, but thankfully the terrific staff was able to switch our room.

Breakfast was terrific--lots of options and lovely, fresh, food. Front of house staff, especially Lisa and her male co-worker (whose name I sadly forget) are extraordinarily helpful and wonderful.

Lovely boutique hotel in an excellent location for exploring old Tbilisi. This hotel has a delightful feel to it, very helpful staff who spoke good English and we really enjoyed the relaxing breakfast. The value for money was fantastic, we did not expect such a good hotel for the money. Rare that I give 10/10, but we definitely recommend this place.

Our stay was excellent! Everything exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere in the hotel is very warm, friendly and has a modern vibe. The interior is so beautiful with so much comfort and smart luxury hospitality feel. We’ve enjoyed lovely breakfasts with freshly baked omelets and fresh pastry. The staff are beyond professional, very attentive, helpful and friendly people. The beds are exceptionally comfortable with different sizes of pillows, the linens are high quality, the mattresses are wonderful, a true 5 star sleep experience is guaranteed. All the small details are taken care of and contribute to a perfect stay. My mother and I had an unforgettable experience in this charming hotel and will definitely come back.
