I was a bit upset of constantly playing outside loud music

Everything is good - our house was warm and cozy, shower with a hot water and small kitchen, restaurant on the site with a nice local menu. Bonfire has been lightened every night and that was magical.

The property was so neat and clean and the staff there was so friendly they helped us in every aspect. Throughout the day they were always available for us.

Was all a bit unkempt especially externally! The water was making some weird noises in 1 of the cabins toilets, so we had to turn the water in the bathroom off for the night! Curtains were very poor and did not adequately cover windows. The sheet on the bed barely covered the mattress. I feel that the cabins were overpriced

Views were great! We also ate in the restaurant and the food was fine!

Maybe they could fix some things that are broken like the sofa bed or the courtains. We were 4 people in the chalet but maybe it is better to be only in two to have more privacy.

Excellent location with amazing views from the windows. The staff was kind and helpful even if they didn't speak English so well. The restaurant has delicious food. There is a swimming pool that we didn't use but it seemed very nice and clean.

Internet was not working most of the times.

Location is good and easy to find. Facilities are good, ambience is good, host is good also. View in the morning from the bedroom is amazing. highly recommended for the price range provided. As a couple we enjoyed.

Tomato and vegetable soup) The portions were very small. You just have to take kebabs, khachapuri, khinkali, and salads)

It's a very simple nice place, a bit remote from the town, but close to the mountain (although everything is close there :) ). There were four of us per house. There were a total of two cabins on the property. We liked everything as much as possible, we were very nicely met, treated homemade wine and strawberries, told and advised where and when to go. The staff two ladies were both in English and Russian, it was convenient for our company)) We were very surprised by the quality of the café, because it was very tasty, so far it was the best khachapuri (Ajarski, Mingrelski) and khinkali that we have tried in Georgia, although we live in Tbilisi. Very tasty lamb kebab, good wine and salads :) We ate only here) There were minor problems, but they were quickly solved by the staff. It's a very cool place, we will definitely go back there :)

however, we felt very cold inside the room. may be the heaters are not enough to provide proper heating with the cold weather.

the location is first class. and have wonderful views from both front and back sides. place is ideal for pictures. they have their own restaurant and providing delicious food. this place might be wonderful in summer.

The location is amazing, its 5 minutes walk from the town. And the view from the room and the outdoor area was amazing. We loved that they had horses at the hotel. So we went for a morning horse rid and it was amazing. The food was so good and not expensive and felt like its home made.

The shower was not very functional, because whenever we had shower the floor got flooded with water. The tent also could not be locked properly on the left side, so the sun would go in the apartment in the morning.

Small things only - Bathroom would get flooded from showering, power cut briefly from time to time, pool was out of action and no firepit the night we were there.

Beautiful views, nice experience, friendly staff, plenty of space for two. Cottage was tastefully decorated, with parking right outside and overall well located in Stepantsminda.

We didn’t have breakfast , the location was picture perfect and enchanting. Thamara is a perfect host , always smiling and helping us out in every aspect of our stay. If given a chance, I will give more than five stars. Definitely recommend everyone to experience this place called My Object .

The pool was not available during my stay. Im not sure why but it didn't seem like yhe pool needs cleaning since it is empty and dony have any water. We checked out at 10 AM because we need to go to Tbilisi for our tour - there was no one around that time even the restaurant is still closed. We left the keys to the maintenance person who happens to fix something that morning.

Katy met us when we arrived at the place and she is very accomodating. She gave me her whatsapp number right away and told us to message her whenever we need something. She always response fast to our queries. As to the place, it was very nice and I liked how the set up of the house. The ambiance is very calm and relaxed especially with the good cold weather in Kazbegi. We even used the kitchen to cook our meals. There are utensils available for use including 1 frying, 1 casserole and 1 kettle pot intended foe coffee/ tea. Overall the place is highly recommended to tourists. I even plan on returning back to this place just to sit and relax for a week.

wifi was a bit of challenge with the range. It was intermittent. May be the hotel needs to get a stronger wifi router to extend the range.

The cottage was very lovely as i expected. Arrival was very easy and escorted us to the room and rooming by host who was very lovely and patience with all questions. In the evening , weather was getting colder but no worries, the room has a heater. The most i loved was the bed on the upstair with amazing view. Luckily when we were there, weather was nice and full moon, So you can enjoy the moon from the bed such a romantic feeling. And waking up with view with the mountain with snow? STUNNING!!! There is the bonfire place also, i think they will do it when both cottage is fully booked and in winter. Horse riding is also can be arranged as i knew but we arrived a bit late and couldn't tried. It would also be a nice experience if we would've more time. Overall, I loved the stay and for sure will come back to this place if i visiting again to kazbegi and recommending the friends.

Cold house. Heating pipes have not turned on after my appeal about this :(. And there was something with water... flow with air blasts from all of sinks.

Lovely location and staff. Great cafe with Georgian dishes.
