There is a restaurant adjacent to the hotel, that feel like a hotel place, with a high-priced menu. The apartment room with a kettle does not have a single tea or coffee bag, so you will have to go to the restaurant for a cup of tea or coffee, and the prices are rather high - 12 lari for a cup of cappuccino. It is a hotel on the beach front, but you need to pay for the sun beds as well.

The location, the pool - very good. Quiet and pastoral location, close to the beach. The view on the sea and mountains is beautiful.

nice hotel right on the beach. good size swimming pool. we had a room with sea views. restaurant is good but bit slow service. there is plenty other restaurants on the beach. little shop right next to hotel.

The daily cleaning service was not well organized. Anti-insect net was needed on the doors. The restaurant/cafe was very nice but too crowded. The provision of more staff would be better at the restaurant/cafe.

The location is excellent, The reception and security staff is very nice. The room is pretty wide and if you have the one with a balcony on a sea view, it's excellent for enjoying the gorgeous sunset sceneries. The pool is clean and very comfortable, if you travel with kids, also helps, if it's windy/not comfortable to swim in the see.

The restaurant is average and the staff there seem quite annoyed by tourists. It’s a shame that it is the first place people tend to eat when staying at the hotel. We tried the restaurant next door for dinner which was great (and cheaper) and we brought our own breakfast at the convenience stores along the road.

Everything at the hotel is excellent, especially the helpful friendly front desk staff. The cleaners are very thorough and keep all areas immaculate. The pool is beautiful and very clean and the hotel is right on the beach, so no crossing roads!!

1. Upon arrival we were made to pay in advance. 2. The girls on the reception made us wear hotel bracelets that we weren't allowed to take off-these bracelets were from such material that once got wet, dried very slowly and it was kinda yucky. They explained to us that the reason they made us wear the bracelets was that some non-hotel residents were trying to use the hotel pool. 3. The hotel itself and the furniture is not new, the room was small. 4. The price didn't include breakfast-there was a restaurant nearby supposedly belonging to the hotel and we were advised to have breakfast there. The prices however were ridiculously high-for instance, for 1 cup of coffee and 1 cup of tea we paid 26 GEL. We tried to dine elsewhere. 5. The room was cleaned once during our stay and the cleaning only meant changing the towels and taking the garbage out. I suppose because we were leaving the next day, they didn't want to bother. 6. On the day of our check-out, an hour earlier, the hotel reception called me and asked, whether we were checking out and whether the plans remained the same. Honestly, that sounded like: check out already guys. To sum up, I don't think the stay was worth the money we paid. If the pool is your priority, go ahead.

The main asset of the hotel is the pool, which is quite spaceous and the water gets warmed up, which allows to swim even in colder weather. Another thing is an amazing view from the rooms, however, I bet most houses in Kvariati have a view on the sea.
