Great, modest little hotel with a personal feel in the centre of the city. Nothing fancy, just what you need. Alex, who runs the place, can also arrange private tours outside the city. He's a heckuva guy.

It’s a little spooky walking in the night when I arrived there but it was safe after all.

Good security. Good location near sightseeing site, shops, restaurants is in walking distance. It has kettle and fridge. Also it was nice to have a mosquito repellent.

It is right at the centre of Tbilisi, most of the sights are within walking distance. It was quiet at night, the reception speaks fluent english.

My shower leaked a little and floors in general we’re quite cold, I recommend bringing slippers.

The location is perfect: it’s right in the old town with many sights being very close. People working in the hotel were very nice and accommodating.

there isn’t much actually; although the room we stayed at doesn’t have much space for luggage compared to the other room i booked for my friends.

absolutely amazing! this was my second time staying here and even brought my friends and stayed longer. cleaning was spotless, changed towels everyday, and the proximity to the center of the old town is what makes this hotel even perfect. the hosts were reachable and always helpful with all of our questions and went beyond their way to help us out. will definitely choose this hotel when we come back :)

My room was not very bright because the only window faced the inner courtyard. Noise insulation isn't perfect.

The location is amazing, right in the heart of the old town. The room was clean and tidy, and the host is kind and available. Also, there's a very cute courtyard at the property's entrance.

The room is clean , tidy and good atmosphere. The bathroom is clean, good smell. There are toiletries. There are air-conditioner and heater. It's looked like the picture. The bed is good. The blanket is clean and warm . The towels are clean and good. The location is good, it's near many interesting places that can walk around. There are many restaurants, minimart, souvenir shop. The surrounding is quiet. The staff is very nice.

This is a very cute small hotel in a great location. We stayed twice and the family that own it were very nice. All of the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning in the second floor rooms was much better than that in the room on the main floor. The kept our bags for us for a few days while we trekked in the mountains which was super helpful. All in all, a great stay. The arranged airport transfer for us as well.

Nothing really

We had a very early flight, so we didn't actually sleep here. We used it mainly to rest and shower and have the opportunity to go into town. The room was small but convenient. Nice shower, good airconditioning. We could park across the street, and the owner had a parking spot reserved for us, for 5 lari a day. It is in a quiet place, on short walking distance from city center.
