wonderful accommodation. * very center, you can see all the city's monuments on foot. * free parking. * delicious and huge breakfasts! * very comfortable bed - I don't think I've ever slept so well in a hotel. * there is a hair dryer. minuses - from Friday to Saturday it was veeeery loud, I suppose it's similar on the weekend because of the parties (the charms of the center) - I recommend taking earplugs. very nice service - thank you for everything and quick response to every situation!

Location is perfect - in very heart of the city. Clean room, city vista from balcony. Very friendly personal. Tasty breakfast, cooked like home. And it was nice to know that you have a 10% discount for the restoraunt located downstairs.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Kutaisi! The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, everything was within walking distance, which made my trip even more enjoyable. But what truly made this experience special was the incredible hospitality of the host. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel like a welcomed guest rather than just a visitor. She went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, offering great local recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed. Her warmth and kindness truly made my stay unforgettable. The hotel itself was clean, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable visit.

The breakfast was a little late, therefore we had to eat in rush due to trip we had set for morning.

Amazing breakfast, rooms were clea, location is very good and hosts are extremely kind.

The room was not very big - if you don't have a balcony, there's practically no place to eat breakfast (which was very nice, by the way).

The original room had a leak in the bathroom but the staff managed to put us in another room with a discount, so that was great. It's very good value for money.

The host Nino is extremely lovely along with her team. They are very accommodating and very helpful. They welcome you like a family. Next time we visit Kutaisi, we will definitely book the same hotel. Location: Excellent, just a few steps to Colchis fountain, supermarkets, restaurants, and souvenir shops. Has a lovely Lilestan restaurant on the same building of the hotel that serves yummy georgian cuisine. Breakfast: It is bountiful, we were even served one at 6:40 am due to our early group tour to Tbilisi, Nino was so kind for our request. Amenities: It has all the basic thing we need, and its very cozy and homey with a lovey balcony. Service: It is a 15/10 for us, the effort and support we appreciate it a lot. We are given the privilege to stay until evening at our room since our flight is at 10:45 PM, without additional payment. Nino has booked us a taxi to the airport and bid us with her sweet goodbyes.. To conclude, it was an excellent stay. Thank you Nino and to the whole Hotel Goldenera team! For sure we will see you when we comeback to Kutaisi next year... Wishing Hotel Goldenera all the best!!!

Confusion when we arrived and we had to make a telephone call. Tricky to access the parking when we arrived because the barrier was down.

Very large room with two sofas, table and chairs and fridge. Very friendly hostess leaning English who offered us fruit and wine. On-site parking. Very handy for town centre and restaurants.

We stayed here for the second time and were once again impressed by the great hospitality. The location is perfect, right in the city center, making it convenient to explore all the major attractions. Additionally, the value for money is exceptional. I highly recommend this place!
