Modern and stylish design, nice owner, clean and comfy. I stayed on 3 rd floor and so enjoy stunning mountain view from the bed!! Great breakfast. The owner’s little pup is super cute. There are supermarket, restaurant nearby.

Only come to review after successfully completing the overseas journey! I must say, it's really amazing! We checked in relatively late, but the landlord was still very considerate in welcoming us and arranged a room with stunning scenery according to my expectations. I really felt pleasantly surprised! An unexpected joy, thank you to the landlady for making my journey a complete one. Unfortunately, due to my poor English, I cannot express my gratitude directly to the landlady. I hope to return here again next time when I have time, and I sincerely recommend everyone to choose Old district!

We had a wonderful stay here, for the price everything was perfect. The outstanding feature was however the view from our room....(triple room with mountain view). It's the room on the top right of the hotel photo. The view of Mount Kazbegi was stunning, to wake up in the morning you have a perfect view from your bed.... The room was a good size, very comfortable and it had central heating radiators. The host was excellent, very friendly and she provided a very enjoyable breakfast. It's only a short walk to the centre of town, restaurants and shops. We would not hesitate to return or recommend this place, especially if you can book the mountain view room.(Trust me it's worth paying the extra for this rooom).

Tamari and Jaba are warm and helping but also giving the space that needed to feel in a relaxed vacation. The room is fantastic with an amazing view and nice hammock in the balcony. I’m strongly recommend, it’s all clean, quiet, fully equipped and the breakfast is good.

Wifi didn't work as well upstairs as on the second floor.

I travelled with a friend and my 4-year-old daughter, and I booked a separate room for my friend. Our room on the second floor was very clean, with an amazing view of Mount Kazbegi. Wifi worked really well on our floor, but was rather slow upstairs where my friend had his room. The location was very good - you have shops, ATM and restaurants close by. The place was so quiet, and the staff friendly. I also really liked the breakfast.

Spectacular view of the mountains and church from the terrace and huge windows of our room on the third floor. Clean and new. Full breakfast with daily variations. Convenient short walk (about 5 minutes) to groceries, pharmacy etc.

Our room had the water pump nearby. For me as a light sleeper it meant waking up when somebody in the house needed water.

Everything was fine.

Very comfortable spacious room with fantastic views from the balcony. The hotel is excellently located near the center but hiking routes are easily accessed. The breakfast was delicious and everything was immaculately clean. Very friendly and helpful service.

There was a small mishap with our check-in, however the issue was solved quickly and did not impact our stay.

The room was comfortable and with a beautiful view of the Gergeti Trinity Church as well as Mt. Kazbeg. The hotel is located close to the town centre. Special appreciation goes particularly to the staff, who was very helpful throughout our stay. When we had to skip breakfast due to leaving early for a hike, we were offered day lunch packs. Other day, we were given hot breakfast even as power went down in the entire Stepantsminda.

Amazing view, probably the best in Kazbegi. We got the best room in the hotel, it was brand new and great. Kitchenette, little fridge. balconies with sofas. Very good breakfast. The owner's sister was really nice and spoke good English. She helped us a lot.

I recently stayed at this guest house and had an amazing experience. The hosts were incredibly supportive and nice, always ready to assist with any needs. The place itself is extremely clean and looks brand new, creating a very pleasant environment to stay in. We booked a Triple Room with Mountain View, and the location couldn't be better—it's close to everything, with breathtaking views that are literally picture-perfect. Another delightful aspect of our stay was the hosts' adorable children, who kept playing with my 1. 7-year-old son, making the stay even more enjoyable for my family. The breakfast was generous and a wonderful representation of the local cuisine, prepared with care and without any fuss. I am confident that you will thank me for this recommendation and will have no regrets about choosing this guest house.

The room was a little cramped and my wife didn't like the bed (I thought it was fine). No surprised though.

Location. location, location. Woke up to an impossibly beautiful view out my window of Mt. Kazbegi and the valley. Staff very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was first-rate, all fresh local food served with care.
