Super friendly and attentive front desk staff, especially Ana, who will walk you to your room and clearly explain the services. Her inviting demeanor is a plus and makes you feel special. The room was spotless, and the indoor pool, sauna, and on-site restaurant were a plus.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property, it was very clean when we arrived, but during our 4 day stay our room didn’t get cleaned once, even though I think it should have been cleaned.

It can be noisy, no good isolation, but other rooms around were quite most of the time.

Personal is great, facilities ok, just a room with a small window to stay. We had a one night stay, and it was fine. The heater in the room in big plus.

It was not mentioned that budget room is without big window, only small one. That there are 3 different buildings and you need to go through the street to get the spa. Not possible to wear a wordrobe and just go down by elevator. The same with a food.

Great apartments. Shops and restaurants are nearby. Crystal ski lift is just a few steps away, and Didveli ski lift is 5 min by car (16 lari). Spa is free for Booking guests.

1) First of all long line at reception. Check-in was at 3 pm as it was written at hotel description, we arrived approximately at 3:40 and there was huge, huge line at reception and only 1 receptionist, everyone complained about the service, even so it was already 4:00 pm some rooms were not ready and so on. Final I spent approximate 30 minutes at reception to take my card for the room. 2) Facility in the room was out of date, not new furniture and I was with Family (spouse and 2 children) and there was 1 small size bed and 1 very short sofa. I requested to add Baby Crib for 3-year-old before arriving but it was not fulfilled, hence I can't say that we slept normally. 3) Cleanliness - the room was not cleaned well and sofa was dirty. 4) Check-out- Finaly we leave before it was scheduled due to above reasons (approximately at 20:00) and even for the check-out at evening there were again huge line at reception and it was time consuming to leave the hotel.

I liked only location as I saw it before going.
