Superb views on the city of Mestja and the surrounding hotels. Just a few minutes walk away from restaurants and bars. Clean room and lovely hosts with easy check in. Very recommended when in Mestia.

One minor suggestion is to change the lights in the bedroom because it's a bit dim in the evening. It was not really an issue for us because we had to go to sleep early but it would be good to have a brighter light in the evening.

We liked our room, everything was perfectly clean, all mentioned facilities were present, the room also had a balcony with a beautiful view on the mountains. We were warmed by the hostess's hospitality. If you want breakfast in the morning or dinner in the evening you can always ask about that for additional pay. Also we got a bit unlucky and didn't have necessary medications with us and the hostess happily helped us with that issue. Totally recommend these accommodations if you want value for money and you want to have a great experience exploring Svanetia.

Our room was quite spacious and with a beautiful view from the balcony. The owner was very kind. We are greatful we could leave our lugguge there during our hiking in Svaneti and picked it up after 5 days.

This was a lovely spot by the river in mestia, close to the centre but in a quiet part of town by the cable car and museum. We had a great view from our balcony, the hotel offered free tea and coffee and had the most amazing breakfast with homemade pancakes, yoghurt, blueberry jam, cheese, omelette etc. The staff were friendly and also did laundry for us.

It is a new business so it seems like there is lot to improve, but overall everything was OK.

The artificial lighting was slightly depressing, but this was greatly improved by the sunlight in the morning.

Liked the location was quite close to the ski lift and you can still walk to the city center on foot.

I booked this hotel thinking I would have a view, but was given a back room facing a noisy construction site. The internet didn't work until the morning. Only very hot water flows from the tap, the cold water appears to be completely shut off.

Since staying in the summer, Mestia thinks that the weather will be cool all year. It turns out that the afternoon is quite hot. The accommodation does not have air conditioning. During the day should go out to do activities outside. And accommodation on the balcony behind the adjoining room gives a sense of insecurity.
