We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

BelarusRooms are not cleaned. We saw cockroaches in our room. There's no kitchen or at least a microwave. Rooms are on the first floor only. The room is mostly visible from the outside.
It's pretty cheap and the beds are comfortable. The location is good, pretty close to the cultural center and sea.

UkraineThe bathroom has an integrated shower, and I find it generally not a good idea, especially in areas with high humidity. Hence the strong smell stays in the room for some time, but also when entering the hotel - there is a strong humidity smell. There were not enough storage facilities, like a closet or a shelf, just a small night table. It's not very clear how to get the receptionist/owner - and the answer is to call because if he's not there, he's hanging somewhere around (like in the animal shop downstairs)
Located just a bit off the buzzing area, the hotel has several rooms on the first floor of an apartment house. The room has good internet, a small fridge, its own bathroom (with warm water), air conditioner, and a TV. The windows face the backyard. The room I stayed in even though it has huge bad fits well for one person for a short (up to 2 days) stay. I could also leave the luggage after the check-out.

PolandMy room didn’t have a tv, even though it should. I like something playing in the background when I travel alone… The bathroom seemed clean but was always weirdly wet - from the moment I arrived literally all the walls were dripping with water.
Overall fine. Staff was nice and helpful. Well located. Room had a comfortable bed and air conditioning.
