Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

QatarThe Swimming pool atmosphere is sucks, the Bar is poor (limited choices and requires an experienced Barman), no seats/Sun beds available for the in-house guests, it is always crowded because they have a day use for outsiders. Overall our stay is very smooth, but i really hope there will an improvements with regards to the swimming pool.

United Arab EmiratesThere is no sufficient staff in the hotel to serve you; I had to wait for 50 minutes and 2 reminder calls to get me an extra bed cover as it was cold. The room temperature in the executive suite was low..and A/C is designed to cool..but for heating, it was not properly working well!! There were some defects in the suits…just an example; the shower door doesnt fully close (suite # 3311) , there is no extra pillows in the cupboard (all hotels do keep one or 2 pillows in case the guest needs for extra). U dont feel the value u pay for an executive suite..

United Arab EmiratesExtremely disappointing stay. We had 4 rooms booked for 4 nights. Number of issues we experienced were incredible for a 5* hotel: 1) 75 Yr + Parents were not allowed to check in at 3pm altho I had my card blocked. We were stuck at the airport and had sent them ahead with my granddaughter 2) The barriers to the lobby did not open at 1am in the night when my 75yr + in-laws were checking in and again on the 2nd day when it was pouring (rain). 4 of them who were 75yr+ had to walk down a steep slope and in the rain. 3) Bathrooms in the rooms were almost transperant. When we asked for some cover they brought a large line sheet and put this over the door. One can get portable drapes on Amazon very easily - not sure why they cudnt get this. 4) Swimming pool water was cold. Even the jacuzzi was not very warm.. They claimed it to be 35 deg when it was not even 30deg. More of a 3-3.5 star hotel than a presumably 5* one! Will never stay or recommend a Pullman hotel based on this.

Saudi ArabiaI don’t like to write bad reviews, but today is day 3 and I still has strains and sever low back pain due un-responsable hotel ! our recent stay at Pullman Tbilisi Axis Towers from 19 September 2024 to 22 September 2024. Unfortunately, several incidents significantly disrupted our experience and fell far short of the standard expected from a 5-star hotel. During our stay, there were 3 separate instances where false fire alarms were triggered. In the first, we were forced to evacuate using the stairs from the 27th floor. Additionally, the electricity went out four times over two days, No One answered our emails or messages through Booking. This level of disruption is unacceptable, and such issues are unheard of even in 2-star hotels. I have never experienced anything like this before.

Romaniai did not like verbal attitude against foreign clients. this is so stupid to be a target from a local. a lot of cigarette smoke near the pool, lot of drunk youngsters at the bar on the sky floor. it is like you are a good client, but they bring lots of local people to spoil your relaxation, even if you paid a lot to stay there
hotel is new, food is great, BUT a lot of weird stuff, like a lot of external local clients that are very RUDE and start verbal fights against foreign people estimating all are russians

United Arab EmiratesBeing a 5 star they did not have a weighing machine Property does not have parking facilities. It’s been incorrect marked in Booking.com as parking is available. They tried to provide Indian food but the names of the dishes were terrible wrong. They had provided mutter sabzi and named it as chole Bature and they had given something called “jeers rice” which wasn’t even closer to jeera rice.

KuwaitSo many issues: 1- the water complementary system is not unified and clear. I book a 5 stars hotel so I don't need to go to a grocery store (I expect the hotel to provide tooth brush, soap, shower gel, coffee water etc) However when we ordered a complementary water, one day they gave us 10 bottles and another day we order 5 bottles and they respond that we exceeded the Limit of water. Keep in mind the bottle size is only 330 ml. . Unfortunately we went to a grocery store to buy water and this is the first time I needed to reach a grocery store to buy water when I stay in a 5 stars hotel. 2. Management Upon the checkout I spoke with the manager (February 26th, 12 pm) about the water incidence and she responded that each guest has a limit of 2 per day. I told her some days they gave us more than 3 per person which mean the policy is subjective and not unified, however No response from her side about that. 3. Elevator The hotel has 40 floors but have 3 elevators only, and one of them is faulty and stuck for 15 minutes usually. 4. Dirty During our stay (3 nights) the carpet was not vacuumed. 5. Room size The room we received was much smaller than the photos in the website. 6. Room service One time I ordered a glass of champagne but they brought a bottle. I said I ordered a glass but the worker insisted I ordered a bottle and charged me for the bottle. BTW the bottle was not opened and he could easily return it to the fridge and charge me for a glass.
The facilities are up to the standard of a 5 stars hotel but the rooms were small.
