Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

ChinaRoom is so cold. The heat doesn’t work well for six day during my living there. And the last day no hot water. The stuff there give me a key of another room for me to take a shower. And they don’t have toothbrush toothpaste…
Stuff works hard. And when you communicate with them for problems, they respond fast. And they are polite. Summer it may be a good place to live. It’s a good place cause It is very convenient to go anywhere. There is a bus station not far from it. So does the market. Walk three minutes there is a Chinese restaurant which called 瑾中餐厅,which is great.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. For example, they arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport. The location was also very good and we were in the old town in no time.

TurkeyThe windows of the rooms are too high and small, which is not a problem if you are just going to sleep. But if you spend some time, it is a narrow and crowded area.
In addition, there is a kitchen open for common use, an excellent feature. The employees are also friendly and smiling. Thanks.

SerbiaInternet was come and go. At least for room 10. Other rooms were closer to router. Biggest minus however is that walls are so thin you can hear every single thing.
Nice place generally. Small but clean room. Shared kitchen with free tea. Lovely stuff.

PhilippinesThe walk towards the place from the main road is quite steep, so wear comfortable shoes.
I like how the place is close to the Old City but still has peaceful nights. No noise at all.

United StatesThe budget room is quite small but adequate. Very poor acoustics, so just a little noise can be heard throughout the hostel. So it doesn’t take much conversation, movement, late night kitchen use to wake guests up. Doubly so, as there are no clear”quiet hours “ in the hostel. I was woken up several times at 3am by people coming in late and turning on the tv in the dining area/ making very good smelling food in kitchen, talking, etc. All of which seemed to be right next to my room, even though it was downstairs and in far corner of building. And I am not a light sleeper.;(
Excellent old town location. Great hot water and water pressure in the shower. Good functional kitchen for onsite meal preparation. Maria, the assistant manager, is probably the most easygoing person in Georgia. Very positive, helpful, and engaging!

ItalyUnwelcoming, distant and unfriendly staff. No Hello, Bye, Thank you, no smiling. But this is Georgia, it's the way people behave, for friendly, warm and welcoming you need to go to Turkey, Iran, Azerbaijan etc
Great place, everything is brand new and of excellent quality, the cleanest place I've seen in Georgia and possibly in my life. In the heart of old Tbilisi and 2 minutes away from the bus stop, so easy to find. I had read the reviews about the noise and I was a bit worried. I got lucky maybe and also there was barely anyone there and it was a rainy night so zero noise, had a great sleep, such comfy bed/bedding, great shower, desk, chair and lamp in the room, immaculate and well equipped kitchen with free coffee/tea, comfy armchairs. I had the whole place to myself.

LatviaThe walls are thin, hence you can hear folks from other rooms and the main hall or kitchen, and you probably don't want to speak loud yourself or watch something at a higher volume. It's not really a problem since everyone is respectful and there are no loud sounds during the night. But it might depend on what guests are there. Overall, it is still the best value for money at such a VIP location.
Perfect location right in the old town, next to a bus stop, main square, castle. Best value for money. Private room with bed and table. Good for working with a laptop. Shared shower/bathroom. Did the job well.

RussiaThe noise isolation between rooms and between rooms and the corridor is not enough, you can hear everything and everyone but it can be partially solved with earplugs. The cheapest rooms do not have actual windows, only little ones facing the corridor but that's not the most critical of compromises for me personally.
A very convenient location, an absolutely safe atmosphere for solo travelers, hospitable staff, rooms are clean and the hotel basically has everything one might need for economy class travel.
