Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United Arab EmiratesNot well maintained, asked for some fixations, but the staff was cooperative as much as they can! Bed was not comfortable, sheets can give them 70% clean, which for me was not acceptable. Didn’t like the breakfast as well! nothing was fresh or tasty! Supposed to be non-smoking room, but it has the smoking smell. room size is very small as well.
The staff are cooperative and smiling, understanding for the requests. Many thanks for them. location is great too.

LebanonThe picture of the whole building is misleading, the hotel ended up being one floor in this building. Not that it matters in wether you book or not this facility, but they need to work on their esthetics. Breakfast is not a buffet rather a plate with portions of everything, this is for corona.
it was a nice location

NetherlandsNot really a hotel; no reception, a shady floor in a shady building which looks impressive from the outside only. The picture suggests that the hotel has a cafe and many floors but the actual hotel in on the third floor, no cafe, no extra facilities, and guests actually get in through a dilapidated lift or broken stairs into a dark hole. Once on the third floor, a confusing 50 meter walk to a corner with a temporary reception takes you there. Very disappointing. The pictures give a wrong impression, and the name of the hotel also suggests what it isn't. Outside my room m(#1) there was much (non-annoying) talking and 14/7 smoking. The smoking was terrible. People don't really speak English well, although they are kind and very helpful when they can. I felt for them, and I am guessing guests who don't speak Georgian just give up. They got me a cab and were very nice and helpful though! It was even touching how they tried. But wrong people in the wrong place.
The room itself was hotel-like, no issues, just fine.

GeorgiaThe safe was just loose in the cupboard, The lift was a bit old dodgey to get up to the third floor. There was no English tv chanels. There was a large building site next door and large crane over the Hotel at times. Overall quiet friendly staff. Get what you pay for in an old building.
Great location in old style building, quiet room king size bed. Modern bathroom big shower. Toiletries provided. Daily room cleaning.

IndiaIt's on the first floor, there is no lift and no one to help you out with your bags. You're supposed to carry them yourself. There's no parking. The jet spray in the bathroom was broken and leaking from both ends. The AC wasn't working and when we asked them to turn it on, we were told to wait for 6 to 7 hours for the manager to come and fix it. When we told them we'd like to leave as it was quite hot, then they called the manager to ask how can it be turned on and then they figured that out in the next 15 minutes. There was no water kept in the room when we checked in. No kettle, coffee, tea, cups, etc. They did keep some towels but they were quite harsh. There was no water in the bathroom for 1 evening, couldn't use anything. It was cut off for the city but there wasnt a backup available and we got to know only when we asked. They prepare the breakfast at 8 and keep it served in plates on tables uncovered. So if you're planning to have breakfast at 10, you'll be welcomed with some dried bread and cheese thats been kept open for the last 2 hours. Image attached.
