Excellent location in the city center. Just 200 meters from Rustaveli metro station. There is no private parking in the hotel, but there are plenty of free parking spaces outside. A very good breakfast with a large selection of dishes. The room has a kettle, a coffee machine and bottled water every day. We will definitely come back here again. Highly recommended for travelers.

I just faced with little trouble about the Wi-Fi connection, unfortunately it was not stable, for this reason I used cellular network. But maybe it was related with the location of our room (2) or the count of active guests in the hotel.

I would like to express thankful for City Inn and especially for Vano from staff for his kind assistance and approach. Breakfast service, cleaning status of room, location of the hotel were very good too. You can reach Rustaveli Metro Station just for 5 minutes with walking from hotel. At the end - considering the price, I left the hotel satisfied.

Exceptional staff, very professional and welcoming. We booked a room with discount and they upgraded us to the most comfortable room in the building, free of charge. The room was clean, comfy and full of charm, with view over Tbilisi. We appreciated the breakfast included in the price. Great location.

We like the otels location. You can go anywhere by walk from the otel. The room was very clean. But the breakfast was a little poor. They can add more food to the table. Other than this everything was pretty good.

The hotel is in a great location, just 5 minute walk from the bus station and subway station. It's only three stops from the city center. There are many restaurants and shops around. The staff was very patient, professional and welcoming. The hotel is in good condition, the rooms are clean and it looks like a new hotel. The hotel provides breakfast, coffee and tea.

Everything was ok, I would stay there again! For those who mind walking stairs-- there is no elevator.

Good location a few minutes walk from Rustaveli metro station A short walk up the hill. Nice clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast ok, real coffee from the coffeemachine. Very friendly and helpfyl stuff.

I had an amazing stay at City Inn in Tbilisi! The breakfast was delicious, with a good selection of fresh and flavorful options to kickstart the day. The administrator was incredibly helpful and even upgraded our room, which was a lovely surprise! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel’s location was perfect for exploring the city, and the atmosphere was welcoming and cozy.

The access to the place is quite bad. It is not exactly the hotel's fault, but for person travelling alone with a on-wheel suitcase it is hard to bring it to the hotel. The sidewalks are quite bad there so you basically need to carry your luggage up hill for a while!

The hotel agreed to have me over already after 11 instead of 2pm! I was very grateful :)

because our room in the 3rd floor i guess, we used stairs, the stairs a bit high and narrow, if you come with parents i suggest you choose on the 1st floor.

It has a good location, near the mid city, they clean it everyday, so its clean, the breakfast was good, i like the hot chocolate! The interior of the room was nice and modern, its fit for single/couple.

This hotel was exceptional value for money for me. I got a large, clean, comfortable room with everything I needed. The WiFi was fast. The staff were superb; always helpful and friendly. And my stay included breakfast which was nice and had a good range of options. The location is a short walk from both a metro stop and a direct bus (#337) to/from the airport.

Everything was great. The staff were very good. Location was great, 1 minute and you are in Rusatveli street. The hotel was very cosy, we faced the same room that we saw in the photos. I will recommend for sure and will come back again.

The location of the facility is excellent, right in the center, and transportation is very convenient (within walking distance to the metro, bus stops, etc.). It is very clean, and the staff is attentive. You can definitely choose this place. It is a great price-performance facility.
