The neighborhood can be a bit noisy at times but that is not really the hotel’s fault.

The location of this property was ideal for me since it was close to the Metro station and to the tour operator I used for several tours. The room is comfortable and the balcony is big compared to most properties, so it is nice to seat and chill. Very clean and nicely decorated room.

Soundproof system is not available, we almost were hearing everything what is happening and what they are talking in other rooms and hall (and it was made problem for our normal sleep)

Tea maker was not clean, Giving water bottle policy is not there and was told to use tap water for drinking. Tourist coming from middle east or Asia might find this awkward as not use to drink tap water. These are just few things but our overall stay was very good.

The beds are too soft for my liking.

The staff is friendly and the property is very well maintained. The hosts Alex, George and Michael are very friendly. It is 5 mins walk away from the major attractions in the city. Never had to take any transportation for the city center. Another plus for those who like it is they have jet spray in the bathrooms which I did not find anywhere I stayed in Georgia. Breakfast is a very amazing!

The location of the hotel was excellent. There are no toothbrushes, earplugs, etc. in the bathroom. The cleanliness was very good. Sometimes I felt that we needed a kitchen, next time I will choose a hotel with a kitchen. This hotel near bus station , metro, center of city , old city and everywhere .The staff was really very good. I thank them for this sincerity.

The bathroom and wardrobe doors kept opening, and an additional mirror in the room would have been nice. Also, our room was very close to the lift on the ground floor, and we could sometimes hear the people waiting for it.

The rooms were comfortable, spacious and had good design and high quality overall. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, which is hard to access by cars, so there is no through-traffic on the street, making it ideal to relax. At the same time, it is very close to Avlabari metro station and a walking distance to most sights of Old Tbilisi. The breakfast is plentiful, has good variety, and is very delicious.

Very good ambiance and perfect location just short walk to a Peace Bridge and restaurants. Friendly and accommodating staffs. Breakfast though with limited options it is delicious especially the crab stick salad.

1- minibar It would be really great if there is a minibar in our room 2- the pillow we sleep on is too high, which is uncomfortable 3- the wall next to the curtain is an obstacle, so it does not close completely and it gets a lot of light at night.
